Nice, simple, no thrills room ( no TV) , great location but check out at 10 am is far too early.

I paid in full for 3 nights (Feb 15-18 of 2018), Yordan (manager/owner) canceled my reservation (see pics below). No explanations, no apologies other than he doesn't like that I run a little travel blog/feed (IG: @minimalist.travelers). I guess I am not welcome because I WRITE REVIEWS - the IRONY of it! BEWARE of places that don't want you to review them. Cancelling reservations that were paid in full 2 months prior to the stay, all the while discriminating against what I do, is 100% a questionable business practice and horrible customer service.

We loved staying here! The place is super modern but in central Havana in a local neighborhood. All of the employees are so sweet and super accommodating and they all speak english and help arrange anything you need! The space is perfect and great value for money, with air conditions and private bathrooms with super strong water pressure!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic restored building in Central Havana. The staff assisted with any request, including setting up a day trip to Vinales. Top notch accommodations for Cuba. Solid location.

What a great value. The old building has been totally restored with modern conveniences. Right in the heart of the craziness that is Havana Centro. Probably the best water pressure in the city. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful facility in the heart of Centro Habana. Great views of the craziness of typical Cuban life. Located within walking distance to many attractions. Awesome and extremely helpful staff!

For the price, you get a pretty good thing. We went while they were still under construction, so I'm not sure how many rooms were actually available yet but it didn't bother us at all. We paid around $75 per night for a reasonably comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water, A/C, balcony, and not to mention beautiful classic cuban vintage look. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful and there'e always someone on property. They keep the door locked at night but don't worry, just knock and someone will open up!
