The facilities are OK even good in Cuban standards but they have seeious organization and IT problems. For instance, they didn't receive my booking from their agency so they forced me pay again.

Nice staff but if something happens. The manager takes no responsability. My car was scrashed by the valet, when i complained they simply took no responsibility. Said that the rooms are clean and well equiped, beds comfortable and price affordable. $40.00 for two.

I do not know if you can find a better place in Santa Clara but I would not recomend this hotel except for the location which is very close to ghe main square.
