  The best hotel to visit Cienfuegos, very welli located, just in the hart of city center, close to all the places you mast knouw. Room are really spacious, well decorated. Breakfast rich of everything.

  The food was delicious in a la carte restaurants and breakfast in the buffet. Lots of choice of fresh food. The grounds were well kept and everything was spotless. This hotel is the cleanest place that we have ever visited in Cuba.There was also a quiet pool for peaceful reading or relaxing.The service everywhere was super. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. They really worked hard to please you.

  Friendly staff and wonderful views of the town. Also this place has a roof top bar that you can check the internet. A lovely thing in Cuba. I was also able to ring home. Early in the day is quieter. However later on you can enjoy a drink.

  One of the BEST pools I've ever relaxed at, beautiful architecture & super clean, the staff are friendly, also met some amazing people from home!

  Hotel La Union passes for the best in town. Service was very attentive and the roof terrace with great views did come alive at some point in the evening. It is centrally located near Parque Marti, shopping street, banks.

  A great stop for refreshments while visiting the old city. Also one of the few places in town to have internet enabled PC. Internet time card can be purchased from ETECSA across the street.

  Hotel was very nice; especially for Cuba. Even had toilet seats! Food in hotel restaurant was only so-so and a bit pricey.
  
  Fantastic atmosphere in the rooftop bar, which overlooks the city and bay. Extremely romantic.
