They are one more monopoly of the many in Cuba. The exorbitant prices, the eternal processing times and the queues that must be endured, are one more example of the mistreatment of the Cuban population. But worst of all is that they do not recognize the documents issued by themselves and I quote an example: If you have obtained a document in this company and then want to carry out the legalization process before the foreign ministry, it does not matter whether the document has been issued by them with their stamp, signature, date, volume, folio etc. If you don't have the contract they gave you with the document, they refuse to recognize the document. Which is nothing more than a strategy they use to charge you to obtain the document once again. This only confirms the lack of respect they have for themselves. Not counting the fact that all companies keep a record of the contracts they sign, at least for a certain period of time. What a pity that we Cubans have to suffer companies like these. As always, we have no other choice. Or maybe yes

Terrible wait, too much people and very unreliable. It can take over the time in the contract to get a document. They can even have it there and tell you its not there. Terrible!

Me parece ilógico y primitivo que una Certificación de Antecedentes Penales legalizada por el MINREX tarde 30 días en estar lista. Un documento que tiene una valides de 6 meses, y que además pagas en CUC, bastante caro, por cierto.
¡Pero claro! ¿A quién le importa?
Tenemos la justificación perfecta para todo lo que afecta al pueblo.

Todo los documentos a tiempo e incluso antes de la fecha muy buena atención ,solo he hecho trámites una vez.y de momento bien aunque quedan algunas cosillas por resolver yo lo considero bien
