  Great fun. My husband and I had never surfed before but were able to learn a great deal in a short amount of time due to these lessons. Manuel was very personable. They spent a good amount of time helping those of us that needed more assistance to stand up. There were some small children in our group as well. They seemed to work with kids wonderfully. Highly recommend

  Young Visions was absolutely fantastic to work with. Manuel and his team are a strong set of teachers and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I was a total beginner, very intimidated by the sport and not at all athletic- they still managed to get me up on the board and surfing. I was only going to take one lesson but after the first day I decided to go for all 5 days that my vacation allowed. What impresses me is how positive and fun they are, while giving helpful feedback and clear direction. If you are at all interested in surfing give them a try. I will definitely make the trek back to Costa Rica to have them teach my daughter. Thanks guys!

  My experience at Young Vision was amazing! I never surfed before and the friend I went with had a little bit of experience. The walk from Montezuma was beautiful along the beach/jungle, about 30 minutes. The instructor made sure we were comfortable with the basics and got us in the water quickly so we had a lot of hands-on time for learning. He was encouraging and informative. We were on the water for about an hour, took a break where he provided fresh pineapple, and headed back into the water for about another 45 minutes. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring along some water. ☀️❤🏄‍♀️
