Good location next to La Feria in Quepos on Thursday (5pm-11pm) and Friday morning they have less products. Short walk to both Markets, Sodas (local food) and general shopping needs. Beach is lacking but view is nice. Shower here could be better, bathroom handles could be better but they have a pool to cool off in, a restaurant, kitchen to cook your own meals, fridge, laundry service ($8 though) and service here is good.

Only thing I can possibly gripe about is the 2000 colones deposit which you get back before leaving, laundry service and cold showers.

My first hostel experience. It was great! Nice hangout pool area and communal food/kitchen area. I had a private room, very small but very clean and no bugs in it :) !! Super good price.

More than a you would expect from a backpackers hostel. Nice pool area. Massive chillout, games, social balcony . Communal cooking eating space. In the quieter end of town. Rooms basic but clean and light. No complaints at all. Pleasant stay would recommend.

The hostel had all of the necessities that one needs while traveling. The rooms are cozy, the hostel is one of the locations where shuttles stop for tours in the area, bars and restaurants are nearby, washer and dryer, pool for cooling off, and lots of louging room.

I always try to stay optimistic and give good reviews about places but I can't with this one. Common areas were good, specially for such a budget place. However, we booked a private room with two individual beds, and we were given the room on the top back, which basically had no proper way of getting fresh air in the room, and the sun was always hitting the back of the building directly warming up our room. Conclusion: it was a sauna, impossible to sleep there. Literally. My friend and I slept for 3 nights on the common area because there was no way to sleep in there, not even with the door open (directly to the common places of the hostel). Also, when complaining about it we were not only questioned about how can it be impossible to sleep there, but also not given another room (well, they wanted to ask more money for a proper room). At least they had the decency of cancelling the last two days of our stay, because we literally run away from there as soon as possible.

Nice staff, small nice swimming pool, lots of board games and nice terrace with tv and couches. Coffee all day long, extra restaurant if needed and some oatmeal for breakfast. no air to brief in dormsnat night. I love animals, but this old female rottweiler needs some bath and care..it's old, nice but smells and has flies.

Very nice common areas and pool! If you want to be comfortable I'd highly recommend a room with A/C. The small economy rooms can be very warm with almost no air movement, even though they provide a fan--it can be difficult to sleep in the very small rooms without A/C. A very nice hotel and hostel. You'd never expect the common areas to be so nice and tropical in the center of Quepos. Also, it has a really good "soda" small restaurant with good food at fair prices. Great location if traveling by bus too.

I really liked the hostel. It was basic and maybe the price a little high, but the whole area is a bit pricey. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful (I've been there stranded by a hurricane) and it attracts the right crowd..

Can't think of a bad thing to say. This place was a super-affordable, comfortable, friendly, and enjoyable stay. They were very nice to my family and I, this was one of the lowest cost stays we had while in Costa Rica, and the room was very nice. We also were able to partake in community breakfast and cook our own dinner a couple times. What a great community.
