Great chilled surf hostel for surfers and non surfers.minutes from the beach. Great kitchen facilities with massive fridge. Friendly owners with useful information and board rental. We stayed in a private room away from the main building set in lush tropical gardens full of wildlife.
Great place, very laid back environment and a 5 minute walk to the beach
Great chill hostel to stay for awhile and surf. The facilities are nice and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Amazing place for our vacation.
Lots of nature around. Beautiful beaches at walking distance. Yes, it's hot there but we spent most of the day surfing. We also enjoy the super zip lines they have there. The hostel was nice and clean. Surrounded by howling monkeys, iguanas and more. And I have to mention my gratitude to Magui, who helped us after a delayed flight. Thank you again😃
Staff didn't seem to care, rooms (outside of the main building) were disgusting with no air conditioning, and smelled like a sewer. Surf boards have dings, and the atmosphere in this hostel is overall non existent. Left after 2 nights of no sleep in an excruciatingly hot room
Only stayed here one night, in a private 4-person room. The staff is really nice, really tranquilo. In general, this hostel was less chatty than other hostels. Meaning different groups didn't interact as much.
The location is right in front of one of the best surf areas in Santa Teresa. We rented surfboards and got some great waves in. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Side story. We also got into a little bit of fun with a group of howler monkeys that were posting their stations on the trees right above our room. They were 10 deep and we were 3 guys and a girl. Eventually, one of them threw a dry fruit just inches from us and we decided to surrender. Exciting.
