This place is incredible, no amount of words or pictures do it justice.
Genny and Jason are wonderful hosts, always available for any questions or concerns you might have.
Plenty of fresh water is provided in a water jug, delivered directly to the property.
The property is beautiful, we saw plenty of wildlife while walking around it, including some howler monkeys, though watch out for the turkey that lives in the chicken couple, who can apparently be quite ornery.

Hosts Jenny and Jason are wonderful. This adorable Casita was just lovely and you'll wake up to either a rooster (on the property) or the sounds of howler monkeys in the distance. The kitchen is fully stocked with things you need to cook with including a toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, range, and fridge. The property has a ton of vegetation and we even saw a small troop of howler monkeys pass by in the trees. The location is perfect as it's maybe a 5-10 min walk into Puerto Viejo and 5 min from the beach (playa negra). Yet it's outside of town enough that it's quite and private. Only down sides are the master bed kind of slopes towards the middle so if you're sharing a bed you'll kind of slide into each other. And the water from the bathroom tap has a bit of a funky smell but all the other taps/water sources in the house smell fine. A large jug of bottled water is provided so you'll have clean drinking water. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay!
