Great place for a typical Costa Rican meal for a good price!

Not sure if I misunderstood but they seem to stop serving casados for dinner. Also not a big place so service was really slow for our big group of 10. Probably much better typically!

Been there twice now. Very small, but there is some seating outside. Food is really good and definitely not expensive Casado (typical Costa Rica) is about $4 US. The ladies cooking put out food quickly and it's fresh.

Delicious Casados here as well as fruit smoothies. One of the best Sodas we visited while in Costa Rica. Dining are is quaint but that adds to the atmosphere in my opinion

Basics cosadas, very small. We ordered a melon shake and they didn't have it , then we asked for pineapple. She came out with a watwrmelon shake. Not what we asked, for but it was pretty delicious!

The food here is great. It is not a nice place It is the very definition of a dive, but the food is very, very good. Prices are low and the ingredients are fresh. It's next door to a hostel so the atmosphere can be unique, I guess. All in all we enjoyed it. If we'd known about it sooner we probably would have visited again.
