Ok food and good price. Massive nacho plate but not all dishes are so great

We waited over an hour (closer to 1.5h), 3 games that arrived after us received they're food before us.
They gave my GF's meal to someone else and she never received hers. They tried bringing her a burrito instead, we told them it was wrong. They came back a few min later and basically said here is the burrito or is going to be a while.
They were totally unorganized and every take took at least an hourresponse / report this review -

Worst dining experience of my life. Owner was out of chicken and beef to start off with which should have been a sign of things to come we waited over an hour for half our meal & our drinks. We were then forced to eat with spoons because he was out of knives & forks! Ended up cancelling the rest of the order. The food was also of a very poor quality.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Half the menu was out of stock and they had no cutlery. We had a 65 minute wait for ceviche, it's almost like they had to wait for the limes and chillies to grow! Worse still the restaurant was nearly empty, I would hate to think how long it would take when full.

Great food for good prices, casados, buritos, fajitas, even to take away. Good people. We eat there almost everynight.

There are several local Sodas in Santa Teresa, but this one was our favorite. We must have gone here about 4 times on our week-long trip. The batidos (smoothies) were spot on. Food was delicious each time. And the excellent service put the cherry on top. Karina has the best smile in the town.
