Rythmia is an amazing place that facilitates the perspective enhancing and life changing experiences that plant medicine can provide. Your stay is also designed for you to take full advantage of the overall experience, from yoga to breathwork to meditation to classroom learning and discussion. The service and people at Rythmia are incredible at all levels, and the actual grounds are beautiful (not to mention a short ride from the beach where you can surf and enjoy the ocean). As a first exposure to plant medicine, I couldn't be happier with my time at Rythmia. Go in with an open mind and an open heart and you just may end up having the most important experience of your life!

The well designed highly effective week-long programs at Rythmia are unlike any other I've experienced. The grounds are gorgeous, staff is kind and supportive and the healing was life-changing. Give yourself the gift of being led and well taken care of so you can deeply relax and change your life in ways you never imagined. I left loving my body which definitely feels like a miracle. Absolute heaven on earth. My experience literally showed me what is possible in this life beyond my wildest dreams. Rythmia practically guarantees that you will experience a miracle; I feel like I received a hundred. Beyond my own changes and growth, one miracle was the privilege and joy of witnessing over 150 people go through their own incredible transformations in the two weeks that I was there (I originally booked for one week and extended my stay once there). The whole place has been so thoughtfully set up for so much self-care which is important because this was the hardest inner work I have ever done by a mile. But well worth it. There is so much love, compassion and kindness at Rythmia. I am beyond grateful to Gerry, all of the incredible staff there and for all the guests that I went on this journey with who have become family. And of course, the medicine. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I was absolutely thrilled when Rythmia invited the Spirit Science team out to visit there resort. I had never been to Costa Rica, and also had never experienced this particular type of plant medicine, which was very appealing.

After arriving, it became very clear that Rythmia has a very deep respect for the plant medicine and its ancient shamanic roots, and treat each and every individual there with the utmost dignity and respect. Gerry - the founder and owner, made a special note to personally connect with each and every person who was visiting Rythmia, showing his dedication and level of care that he put into each and every person.

His devotion to everyone there demonstrated amazing levels of selflessness and love, and this love comes through in every aspect of Rythmia. Everyone there learns your name, makes sure that you're always feeling safe and comfortable, and supports your education about the nature of the plant medicine, and equally so through your own personal transformation; reconnecting with your soul, and healing your heart.

I cannot recommend Rythmia enough, I wish I could give it a million stars out of ten. The experience was forever life changing, and tremendously supported the forward motion of my own personal projects in life. It was a journey I will never forget, and I am super excited to go back.

So happy we found Rythmia. Not an easy week, much harder than I anticipated, but well worth the work. My wife and I were there to celebrate 30 years of marriage, to renew our love and commitment to each other. Of course, that meant that we first had to renew our love and commitment to ourselves first.
30 years of marriage, good times, bad times, several businesses, etc really stole my lightheartedness. I wanted to get it back. I wanted to laugh easily again. Love easily again.
It was difficult but (mostly) enjoyable work, and by the end of the week, I feel like I have a new heart.
Gerry (and the moon) has developed a program at Rythmia that allows you to really focus on your heart, your soul, your love, and IT WORKS!
Amazing participating in a program where you get to change your life along with about 70 others who are clearly changing theirs. So much love, so much joy.

Sending my 21 year old son, my dime. I can't imagine a better gift.

My stay at Rythmia was one of the hardest weeks of my life, but one of the very best. It was a roller coaster—at times I was terrified, but I stepped off the roller coaster a different person—or rather, my true self.

This is not a cushy vacation, sipping margaritas by the pool. Quite the opposite. It's sort of a spiritual rehab center. While the campus is beautiful and the food delicious, Rythmia has the feel of the nicest summer camp ever.

Because the inner journey is hard, I wouldn’t recommend Rythmia to you unless you’ve tried everything else, gotten some decent results, but feel that decent isn’t good enough. If you’re *desperate* to feel 100% alive, Rythmia may be for you. Approach it seriously, and I believe you will be rewarded. Watch "The Reality of Truth" documentary on YouTube first, to see if this journey calls to you. Also, if you come my advice is: don’t under-do it, but also don’t overdo it. There’s a lot on the menu here, and not everyone is for everyone.

This is a place where you confront your darkest fears and break through them, into the light of love.

You MUST do this!!! Rythmia is the reset button for your soul, but more importantly, a positive force for the entire world. Gerry, the owner, has created a slice of heaven on earth. The grounds and accommodations are incredibly healing and beautiful. The staff he has gathered is second to nonethe kindest and most giving hearts you will meet on this beautiful earth. Each meal is fit to be served as the banquet dinner in a celestial palace. The transformative classes, to include world-changing guest speakers, are the real deal. If you do not find this week completely earth-shattering in the most positive way, drive immediately to the hospital because you are lacking a pulse. You WILL find the truest YOU at Rythmiaplease take the week to Rest in Natural Great Peace, which is Rythmiayou and the world NEED this healing.

Beautiful, life changing and the most profound experience of my life. Rythmia is a beautiful property that allows you to relax to the full extent as no detail has been overlooked. Every person on staff is an absolute gem. The moment I arrived I was able to breathe easier and it only became better as the week progressed. All of the classes available are conducive to maximizing the plant medicine and take home tools to living your new way of life. I am happy to say I am not the same person as when I arrived at Rythmia. My life is forever changed. Rythmia was and continues to be the best thing I’ve ever done for myself spiritually or metaphysically.
For over a decade I have been a spiritual leader, 2 decades a deep meditation practitioner and I found more truths in just one week at Rythmia. Aya also helped me let go of things that had remained hidden for as long as I have been alive. I’m lighter and happier for having been there.
The staff and support staff we kind, knowledgeable and I felt nothing but love from them all. The facilities are top notch and spotless and I still miss the food. From what I could tell on my trip everyone else, novice or seasoned seeker, was transformed.
I can’t wait to go back! I’d be honored to work there! And everyone I can tell I think should find a way to get there. Do it for yourself, your loved ones and for the planet.

Its an experience I won't forget. Touching bases with the wide open spaces within myself; feeling the play in life, the joy; the release. Though grounds were beautiful; Paths meander throughout; the ocean and beach is short distance away or you can enjoy the pool on the grounds. The guest speakers were wonderful. The amenities clean. The employees were very courteous and it was clear that they took the time to remember our names.

Rythmia was a Life Changing Experience.

Being at a point in my life to realize that there was more to myself and life, but I just couldn't put my finger on what that answer was. Yet all roads lead me to taking a leap of faith and going to Costa Rica only to rediscover myself and my purpose in life. If I only was a poet I would articulate this in a way that would resonate but the experience in of itself was absolutely mind blowing. Filled with love and hope and of course discovering the truth that all of this and so much more always lived within myself the whole time. If you're at a point in your life that your not sure where you're supposed to be or what your part is in this world. Then perhaps as it happen to me. A new beautiful beginning starts with experiencing the beautiful people and new friends that will be made at Rythmia down in Central America. Just when I thought my scorecard read zero I discovered a place that showed me all the answers truly are within myself. And that there is a place waiting for you to rediscover that.

Words can describe how MAGICAL this place is. If you are feeling called to it, BOOK IT. Do not let your head talk you out of it. This was my first time experiencing plant medicine, but I have already booked my next stay before leaving because it was that powerful.

It’s not just about the medicine, it’s EVERYTHING here. The community, the love, the workshops, the Yoga, the breathwork it’s profoundly healing.

I have been on my own spiritual and personal journey for five years now, but this tops every conference or workshop I’ve ever been to.

This place is magic!

The fact that plant medicine exists, that people through the ages have learnt to use it, that Gerry (Rythmia founder) has made it accessible to people in such an outstandingly well choreographed and beautiful setting is nothing short of a miracle.

I've been back 10 days since my time at Rythmia drinking plant medicine. I have healed beyond anything I could've imagined. Spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I am recommending this place to everyone who asks me why I'm so happy and excited about life, and when I get the money I will be sending my parents as well. You bet I'll be coming back!

Life changing
Rythmia is a top-level resort with comfortable rooms, excellent service, warm, attentive stuff, and everything you would require to relax and reboot in Costa Rica. But that’s not what makes Rythmia. What makes Rythmia is its capacity to change your life forever.
I spent one week there, together with 50 more guests, whose lives will never be the same thanks to this place and the way in which it is run by its owner, Gerry, who is directly involved in your transformation process. All forms of body, mind and spiritual healing are employed as part of a carefully designed program to get your life back on track. Much more than that: To start over!
During my week at Rythmia, I was given a chance to erase a past of unhappiness and become a truly happy person. Life is COMPLETELY different after Rythmia. I’m enthusiastic about people and things in my life, I’m enjoying even the most mundane tasks, I listen more attentively, I have more fun!… I’m living in the world, with the world, for the first time in my life. It took me a while to decide to book a week in Rythmia, for financial reasons. Looking back, it was the cheapest week of my life. A price cannot be put on what you can receive in exchange for a small investment in this place. If it’s the last thing you do, go to Rythmia!

For me it was amazing to be at Rythmia. The best gift I ever gave myself. They taught me how to honor myself and stay connected in a world filled with chaos and disconnectedness. I saw the universe and how I fit into it. What my purpose was. They have classes daily to prepare you for experiences you've never had before and classes to understand your experience and navigate through it. What I love about my Rythmia experience is yes, I got my miracle but best of all that miracle is lasting forever! It's been 4 weeks since my visit and I'm seeing new insights and self discoveries daily. Reverend Michael teaches to ask, "What is seeking to emerge?" The answer within my miracle was 'More me--the real me.' As a seeker, bereaved mom, nurse, with deep spiritual curiosity, Rythmia is a healing salve for my soul! I can't wait to go again and again!

Just returned from one of the most amazing weeks of my life at Rythmia! All I can say is that if you are ready to make a major shift in your life away from depression, anxiety, addictions, negativity, low energy, and pain toward a life of vibrant high-energy, deeply loving spiritual insights, and a complete shift toward all things positive, then Rythmia is where you will find the way to accomplish it. The staff was amazingly wonderful, all activities were high-powered, and the therapies were healing beyond anything I can describe! My wife and I will be going back for a booster this coming January!

This unique healing center is like no other. The experiences I had there have changed my life for the better in many ways. I also met some amazing people from all over the world. From the time that they picked me up at the airport until they dropped me back off, I was able to relax and enjoy all that they had to offer; amazing guest speakers, very clean and yet not pretentious, yoga and other classes every day, close to the beach, zip line, horseback riding. Also, as a Licensed Medical Facility I was able to enjoy various plant medicines that were very healing.

This was one of the most amazing vacations of my life. Not only was it a beautiful place where I was able to relax and enjoy the sunny warm weather but it was an incredible learning and growth experience. I also made some great friends that I know will be always be in my life. Food was healthy and delicious and everyone who works there is so welcoming and warm. It feels like a family.

This was hands down the best vacation I've ever been on for my heart, mind, body and soul (and I travel quite a bit). I experienced transformation on all levels am physically lighter and leaner, am happier and more loving to myself and to others, I'm clear who I am and what my purpose in life is, have healed from ailments and injuries my body was hanging on to, and have a better relationship with myself and everything in life - my boyfriend, family, people I work with, my body and health, food, money, and work overall. And I know more miracles will continue to occur.

I got so much out of this trip and even these words truly cannot measure up to the profound transformation I've had and how positively altered my life is forever.

I absolutely LOVE Gerry! Him and his staff and all the teachers and speakers were incredible - truly world class professional experts who don't deliver less than the best. Accommodations and food especially were amazing.

Its hard to truly explain the magnitude that Rythmia had on my life. When I went to Rythmia I didn't know what to expect other than it looked like a 5 star healthy vacation. Soon after I started engaging in the daily programs, my life started to transform. I was there for 10 days and by the time I left, I have never been more happier in my entire life. I left feeling free and ready to embark on a new and brighter life. Im in the hospitality business so I can be picky when it comes to accommodations and service. I can honestly say that Rythmia far exceeded my expectations. The resort, food and staff is unbelievable. I would highly recommend this retreat for everyone.

I'm so thankful and blessed because it was all timing. I started the new year at the resort for 10 beautiful days. The entire staff that works there gives top notch service 100 percent of the time! My gratitude is overwhelming to Gerry opening this life transforming resort! My heart is wide open! It brings tears to my eyes with joy and love. ( I was pretty joyful beforedidn't this there was a key for even more JOY!) I had several miracles happen during the trip. I had no idea what was in store for me when I arrived. Now I know that I had entered into a magical, nourishing, inspiring, supported resort. As I am a seminar junkie, I have never been anywhere like Rythmia! It would be #1 of my list. In fact I will be back within the year and bring several people with me. The seminars, the speakers, the yoga, the breathing class, the spa, the cleanse and of course the plant medicine and the shamans and the FABULOUS staff were unbelievable. ABOVE and BEYOND what one would expect. There is so much love for us to transform. There is passion oozing out of everybody!! Can't wait to go back!
