Stopped for coffee. A little slow, Costa Rican time. But good friendly service and clean bathrooms. Also has ice cream with local flavors a plus !!!!

The food is awesome, however the service and the waiting time is not, we had to wait around 30min for us to get the food, l we had to remember the waitress that we were missing some food and that the chicken from muy sandwich was under cooked.

There is a co-op in Monteverde that produces the milk products sold here (ice cream, yogurt, cheese). They serve typical costarican food, like gallo pinto and casado. In usual costarican fashion, larger is better, but that doesn't mean "high quality". Expect really large portions for a relatively low price.

Easy on and off the highway for travelers, with good food choices, ice cream, clean bathrooms and an awesome place to stretch your legs on the lovely trails behind the big dinosaur. It's a very pleasant surprise, you'll be glad you stopped!!

The pizza was outstanding. I ordered the pasta with butter on the kids menu and there was no natural drink to offer my child and they could have cared less. I ordered a Caesar salad and never receive it. My husband ordered an entree and he never received it either. The service was terrible and the food was good. The price and value dont match up. I paid $8 for a tiny bowl of pasta for my daughter. Way over priced for sitting in a hot restaurant. Milkshakes were delicious! There is a great play area outside for the kids. This is a great family stop. You have to stay on top of the staff to get your needs met.
