Can't beat the location, right on the beach. Ropa Viejo sandwich was great. Cheeseburger was yummy. Margarita was fab.

Cute little spot where you sit right on the beach. Had a nice, fresh sea bass dish. The food was a bit “nicer” than a typical soda, but not fine dining. It was mostly seafood with some meats thrown in. Staff was attentive and service was fast.

Great views, good food, good service. We went twice during our visit. I'm not a fan of the coconut-wit beer but the IPA and mixed drinks were great.

One of our favorites every time we’re down in CR. Jean Luc is a fantastic community member oh and the food is fantastic. Staff is always friendly. Things are a little slower down here. If you want speedy service, hit a drive thru in the US. Come down here to relax and enjoy the view & the Imperial.

Fantastic setting for a bar and restaurant. You can dine on the beach listening to the waves and watching the stars. The food is excellent with fresh local seafood (incl. Lobster) and the beef is just divine. And if you like cocktails try the Coco loco special, it comes in a coconut and will make you smile.

The view was beautiful. There food wasn't that great. The lobster was so overcooked that it wasn't edible. The hot volcanic rock wasn't hot enough to get the sliced beef cooked. The coconut drink wasn't consistent. It is always busy, so perhaps because it was Valentine's day, the food quality suffered.

the service before, during and after dinner was very bad. tried to change a pizza and after 15 minutes the answer was. You can get another in 25 minutes. it could be a great place if there was a friendly staff

Food was okay, but even empty it's an hour+ wait, small portions, very very expensive. A small sandwich with a scoop of flavorless rice and beans was $15. The service wasn't good either--they never offered us water, more drinks, or anything other than dumping off food.

Great service great food. Had the calamari and ropa vieja. The flavor on the calamari was crisp and tasteful. Ropa was a bit spicy but was delicious. Eating on the beach with a light rain was very enjoyable

Great place to eat on the beach. The road to get here is dirt, but easy to get to with a 4x4.

Worth the trip here while you're in the area. The food is fantastic and their drinks are great. Hang out on their patio for a great view of Playa Flamingo

5 STARS for it's ocean-sunsets view. Food is fresh and tasty! I have read some reviews about food poisoning and I feel sorry for people, but I think that they might have a reaction to a coconut milk, which is added to rissoto and many cocktails. Coconut milk has a relief effect for most of the people, so be aware of that😉
Prices are ok for that awesome seafood and cocktails.

Awesome restaurant! Great location on the beach, nice seating with lighted canopies, and extremely delicious food. I had the pulled beef with cheese sandwich, and it was by far my favorite meal for our entire trip to Costa Rica. HIghly recommended.

This place has a great ocean front view. All good things come with a cost and the cost in this situation is FOOD POISING. Order anything seafood and you're going to get food poisoning. Local told me they give Americans the old product here and I didn't believe it because it seemed like a very inhumane thing to do to people but of course I went here and ordered the ceviche and the very next day I am hit with severe food poising. If you're American for your own safety I strongly advise staying away from this place.

Great food, very casual and relaxed. Pork ribs, shredded beef sandwich, seared tuna tacos, all fantastic. My daughter had a burger and she usually leaves half her food on her plate, but finished the whole thing. Coconut ice cream is probably 90% coconut served in a frozen coconut shell. Soooooo delicious.

This place is super. So, because they are great you'll have a hard time getting in to eat during the dinner rush hour. They do take reservations on a piece of paper by walking in and getting on the list.

I had the Tuna Tacos with rice and beans and loved it.

Neat location, local road goes right through the middle of the restaurant, and right on the beach. Food was good, had the chicken sandwich and the fresh tuna tacos.

Sandwich could have been put together with more care but pretty good. Tuna was little too rare for medium but tasty all the same, with a nice sauce, plus I added lots of hot sauce. Unfortunately all priced for the tourists.

Went back again later, and had the swordfish wrap, lots of fish and sauce. Really hit the spot.

Service was good, very friendly as usual.
