Deben mejorar su tiempo de espera de los alimentos, esperamos 50 minutos por un "casado" y media hora por un emparedado, se rescata la atención del mesero solamente. Lástima ya que la ubicación es muy buena.

We went in for a couple drinks and ordered 2 small appetizers, mozarella sticks and patacones. We watched as 4 tables that were seated after we ordered get their food. We also waited about 10 mins just for our drinkslemonade that was awful and blackberry refresco which was quite good. We ended up waiting nearly a full hour for our little appetizers and watched at least ten large plates of food being served to those who sat down after us. after maybe 45 mins of this I spent about 5 mins trying to get the waitors attention. When he finally made eye contact he put his hands up and gave me the "why are you attacking poor me" face. When it finally arrived the mozarella sticks were ok with a sauce that was 75% water and the patacones may have been ok had i never had them before but since I have many times I can say they were the worst I have had in my 2 years in Costa Rica. I don't know why this waitor was so rude to us and nobody else near us seemed to be having this experience. I can guarantee we are polite people and dont give anyone trouble. He could have said he forgot to put it in or said anything at all and we would have accepted it with a smile, we are pretty easy to please and understanding.
