  This was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever had. I got the sirloin jalapeño, and the sauce and spices are perfect. Definitely a good amount of heat. Paired with some Costa Rican beer and I am leaving a very happy customer! 10 minute walk from Tabacon!

  Good food overall. Waiter/host was friendly and respectful. Service was quick. Food was flavourful but some of the dishes tasted somewhat mediocre (nothing special about them). Prices are affordable to average compared to other restaurants nearby. Its at a good location too - off the main street. Would recommend a visit if in the area but don't go out of your way to get there.

  We dined here twice while guests of Baldi Hot Springs. The food here is superb! We had a Sirloin dinner complete with mashed potatoes and a fabulous dressing for our salad. The Pinot Noir by the glass was cool and refreshing and reasonably priced. The grilled chicken is completed with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and lightly grilled Garlic toast that literally melted in our mouth. Excellent food, wait staff and service.

  Probably the least impressive dinner we had in Costa Rica. Food is Ok, but nothing memorable or come back to. Too sad as we were there years ago and had a great meal.

  Two of our four meals were raw/frozen when they arrived - one was my daughter's chicken. The steak was also nothing to write home about. We were pretty disappointed.

  Place was empty and I don't get why. Service, food and ambiance were perfect. 2 full meals with drinks and desert for 30$, really fair deal. For sure cheaper and more comfy than the tourist shacks in la fortuna
