  Its a park that seats just in front of the Mercedes catholic church, its visited mostly by Nicaraguan immigrants that gather together to reminis about their country

  Be careful of pickpockets and thieves around this park. Hang on tight to your purse and watch all personal items. Many buses leave from this park.

  Noisy and crowded, sidewalks nearby are not the best. There are also many people selling things mostly near the bus station.

  This is one of the main parks that the buses come to pick you up and drop you off so that you could be in the middle of downtown San Jose two blocks from the entrance or the bottom part of downtown San Jose.. I felt very safe but never did anything at night
