It was great, they had the food trucks and some micro breweries.
A beautiful park with a lot of local shops. There were also swings in the park. Spent a whole afternoon here with friends and had good memories.
Great place to relax, enjoy an art Walk, sit in the shade and see a panorama of the city.
Quiet, clean and with a sculpture garden. Loved it!
Nice break for the density of the city The art installation was great!
This was one of the stops on a city bus tour
Our tour guide was exceptional and provided very interesting history of the park and it's importance.
If you are interested in knowing the countries history then take a city tour.
Nice for travelers and to hang around
Park as a park. You can throw a picnic there, too. Also, it's in a trendy artsy area so you will be hip hanging there. Haha.
Nice and quiet place to rest from an exhausting sightseeing trip. Beautiful statue in the middle of the park and a lot banks to sit down in the shaddow.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Central America. Full of amazing wildlife - definitely get a guide so you can spot it all.
Good trails/paths, all with concrete. A lot of squirrels along the path. If you aren't lucky enough to watch the crater just be patient, sometimes there are holes in the fog that allows you to see the crater for a few minutes, sometimes seconds. My advice, go first to the lagoon, if the lagoon is clear you need to get back to the main crater because, in a couple of minutes, the crater will be clear (if there is wind). You can pay admission using credit card, but parking lot just using cash. Bring your camera!
Nice monument and amazing street full of nice graffiti :)
A beautiful Park. It's fairly large and great for light walks or just relaxing. Also nice for photo ops
This is one of many small parks located in the heart of San Jose, near some of the best local coffee shops make sure to grab a coffee and take walk through this park. Also near the train station that can move you quicker through Heredia and Cartago.
