We ate here with a large group (40+). The food was consistent across every plate, arrived in a timely fashion. Extremely impressed with how effective the kitchen staff were. This was even more impressive considering our group shared the restaurant with several other guests. Fish and vegetables cooked perfectly, sauce was ample & complex. Pangas dinner was the highlight of my meals in Costa Rica! Treat yourself to a meal this great on the beach.

GREAT FOOD and vibe.
My friends had their wedding here and it was a magical night.
The food was incredible.
Tasty steak, incredible seared tuna, fresh veggies.
Drinks: Solid selection. Good beers, they had Sculpin IPA on tap IN COSTA RICA.
Also would highly recommend their Pisco sours, they're great! Don't have too many tho, brutal hangover guaranteed.response / report this review -

Really nice beach club with love music on Tuesdays but it gets crowded and when it does the service isn't that great and the food either Reservations recommended and try to visit early evening during the week

We came here because of the reviews they recieved on google. Don't be fooled. We ordered two lobsters and they were slimy and not cooked well and expensive. We got ATTACKED by flies the second our food came to our table which didn't make it anymore enjoyable. We got the bill and paid with American dollars. These people make up their own conversions. That day it was 564 C to 1 USD. They chased us out the restaurant because they decide to convert it at 500 C to 1 USD. They got 2 stars because of the location, it's on the beach and its a cute place. If only their food and service matched the location.

My friends and I have been coming to Pangas since they opened and have always had great food and service. Or crew were there on Nov.14 th. 5 guys ordered steak and 1 ordered chicken. The chicken dish was the only one edible. Our steaks were tough and full of grisel. The steak knives had a hard time cutting the meat. We brought it to the waiters attention and his comment was, let me speak to my captain. He never came back with a comment or a manager. Never again will we go back. Our tab was well over 300.00 dollars

Gorgeous outdoor dining on the beach. We arrived around 5p to watch the sun set on the water. They took our drink orders and brought them to us on the beach as we watched nature's gorgeous show. Love the beautiful trees with string lighting. Love all the seating options -- tables, couches, bean bag chairs. Food was outstanding (we had the catch of the day which was mahi mahi). Romantic, beautiful, fun.

Hands down the best meal we had on our vacation in Costa Rica. We went back twice actually. Go to the restaurant at around 5pm (make reservations) and enjoy the sunset during your meal on the beach. Perfect setting and even better with one of their amazing cocktails.

Gorgeous place with beautiful views of the beach. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the wait staff was so accommodating and friendly. The prices are decent for a really nice place. Would love to go back again, highly recommended!

One of the best places we ate on our 11 day trip in Costa Rica. We were here for my birthday, the sunset views right on the beach we're breathtaking. We ordered the sample platter with lobster tails, while fried snapper and some sort of fish dish. The fish fish tasted like caramelized butter, melted in my mouth and made me float. It was SO GOOD. We also had the calamari ceviche, which was ok but the plantain chips were awesome! Fish ceviche would of been better, but they were out. Pretty pricey, but good food and great views!

We didn't have a reservation and they were able to accommodate our family of 6. Food was excellent and volcanic meat was quite the experience. My teenagers thought it was the best meal they've had. Beautiful setting.

Although we made no reservations and had a grand entrance on horses guided by a Diego from the beach this place was not worth the hype! The food was over priced. I had the tuna dish. And it had small proportions. So side dishes! Definitely would not recommend it!

Excellent chill atmosphere. Great mix of food. Happy hour with national beers and cocktails 2x1. Lovely place to catch the sunset. They also have an excellent Sunday brunch.
