The lines at checkout are usually really long, but they have stuff you can't find at other stores.

It's a busy store, Ticos shop here for daily needs, Can be a bit daunting when you look at it from the outside. A fun experience, Don't be put off it My recommendation is bring your own bags. Last year when there no bags and very few box's Meat market of sorts in the back. Go to the meat market by the soccer field in the corner.

Inexpensive liquor, but not a great selection. Best grocery for stocking up on provisions and snacks.

Good selection of produce, normal selection of beers (Imperial, Pilsen, Heineken, Bavaria) but for relatively cheap prices, and very close to the beach!
