House of the Costa Rican national Football team "la sele", you should try to come and see a Costa Rica football team match, is an amazing experience. The stadium has an unique and beatifull design is on a side of the San Jose's metropolitan park, "la Sabana" very close to a small lake and sorrounded by tress and green areas.

Went for USAvCRC. It is the biggest and modern stadium in Central America, built in 2011. No alcohol allowed inside the stadium. But the atmosphere was amazing for the whole game! Restricted to use a certain entrance, which was a bit troublesome. Do be ware of the step as they are not very tall. Got tripped a few times :P The stadium itself can hold a capacity of about 35,000 visitors also for people to enjoy events like music concerts. It was built by the Chinese government to establish goodwills.

The chinese were the ones built this lovely stadium where various events and concerts are held. The stadium being surrounded by the park is a very nice plus as you can have lovely walk around the park after getting iut of the stadium.

Lots of fun to see the local team compete. Vendors outside selling everything from shirts to scarves to hats. They kept us to one side of the stadium I guess since there wasnt as big of a turnout. Seats in the higher sections look uncomfortable with no back rest. Not a problem for my brother and I as we were at the very top resting against the stadium! Tickets were CHEAP! Well worth the experience!
