Beautiful lookout on your way to Osa. We only stopped for coffee which was ok, but it is worth the stop mostly for the views in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and have is a lot of information about the state of the dirt roads ahead of us.

We visited La Fortuna, Monteverde, the Pacific coadt and more places during our time in Costa Rica, but Mirador Osa provided the most incredible views of all. Located on top of a ridge, the hotel offers both inland and bay views. Mornings are especially magical as clouds fill the valleys below. The gardens surrounding the hotel are exceptionally pretty and attract all manner of birds and other wildlife. We saw many toucans, macaws, parrots as well as other beautiful birds. We also saw coati, agouti and white faced monkeys on site. The pool is perfectly refreshing and the rooms even offer air conditioning. The restaurant has a very good food at reasonable prices. Most memorably are the kind, friendly and helpful staff, especially Sandor and Emilio! A stay here is highly recommended to enjoy relaxation, animals and the beauty of nature.

Beautiful place to stop while passing by! Wonderful view, very friendly owner. Even got some free fruit from his garden. 1000C for a 0,35l Canada Dry.

Un lugar de obligada parada, unas vistas de cine. La comida buenísima y a buen precio casado con carne 2500c., Imperial 1200c. La atención inmejorable. Si quieres ver tucanes este es el lugar, al menos seis o siete pude ver mientras comía.

Our favourite hotel stay in CR. Beautiful view to the valley below, gorgeous garden with fruit, flowers, birds and animals. Cooler and fresher climate here and a little pool to cool off if you need it. You can happily spend hours enjoying the view, the wildlife, the sunset The accommodation is spotless and comfortable, pretty ensuite rooms with porch, view, ac, hot water, cable tv. Warm and kind staff. Nice food and maybe also just a morsel of Sandro's delicious star fruit cake. Extremely reasonable rates. A little slice of heaven in the hills.

Stopped for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Were able to watch monkeys in the trees below the eating area. Great service and delicious food.
