En arrivant, on nous a dit que notre réservation ne leur été pas parvenue, qu ils pouvaient nous louer une chambre mais pour le double du prix pour lequel nous avions réservé. On a alors exprimé notre étonnement et dit que nous irions chercher un autre hébergement. Ils ne nous ont pas du tout aidés. Heureusement on a trouvé une chambre bien mieux et meilleur marché juste à côté. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

I’ve never had as much personal attention and care shown for us.
Very nice pool, cute cat and friendly staff.
While the room was nothing special (which we already knew from the pictures), the location is great and Maria and Carlos were the most helpful and friendly hosts.
They invited us to go to the hot springs with them! and when we unfortunately had a motorbike accident they would not rest until we got to the hospital and offered us full use of the kitchen.
The staff and guests were great to practice Spanish with. Just bring earplugs to sleep! the town tends to party all night.response / report this review -

¡Una excelente opción!.
Me gustó porque es un lugar tranquilo y en el centro del coco, el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y para mi una de las cosas más importante fue que la ropa de cama estaba limpia y de buena calidad.
El desayuno completo con pinto, huevo, jamón, café y pan.
No se puede pedir más, la relación calidad precio está muy bien.response / report this review -

Definitely the Best place i found in coco beach.
Super nice staff, it 's a very clean place.
Maria and Andrea were very friendly. It' is located in the center of the town.
I loved the pool With that espectacular garden. The breakfast is very complete and delicious
My son and I enyoyed that stay.

Lo recomiendo un 100%.
Es un lugar muy limpio, tiene un hermoso jardín y una piscina que siempre estuvo limpia.
Tiene una muy buena ubicación, la comida simplemente es una delicia, Andrea la muchacha que cocina me hizo un filet al ajillo exquisito y la relación calidad-precio muy bueno.
Las habitaciones muy confortables.
Los dueños nos dieron muy buenos consejos para ir a las mejores playas.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place!!! By far the worst experience we had in Costa Rica. To make a long story short: the staff was rude and far from accommodating, it’s waayyyy over priced for what you get, the towels were stained and brittle, the sheets barely covered the bed, the pillows were like concrete, the outlets don’t work, only one light on the far side of the room worked, the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear EVERYTHING inside, outside, above and around. Even with ear plugs I didn’t get much sleep. Location is good, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say our two nights at Manu. Don’t make the same mistake as us by staying here.

Quiet place, nice Personal answering nearly everything. Very familylike, clean rooms and like 1 min from the beach.
