We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful, daily yoga classes, nice pool and an awesome cafe on site. Was noisy from animals that jump around on the roofs each night on the main building.

We loved our recent stay @ the Living Hotel! My mom and I have very high standards when it comes to hotels and they were excellent! When we did have minor issues with our stay, the hotel staff were very quick to correct and accommodate, and were patient with all of our requests! The location was great - very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. The rooms were very quiet. I absolutely loved eating at Jasmines which is on site. Can't say enough good about the amazing staff at the front desk, they arranged all of our tuk tuk rides to dinner in the evening, gave us great recommendations, and also helped when I took the wrong bag from the airport (not recommended)! Book this hotel, get on a plane, and have the time of your life! We will be back.

It seems like this is the only hotel in Playa Guiones that dies not include breakfast in the room rate. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and helpful, but I found it to be very noisy. I realize there is nothing they can do about construction, but the people running the cafe which is directly next to the pool with almost no barrier, act as if they are at home. Very loud and inconsiderate for a good part of the day. One of my party left early as a result. I have stayed here before and it feels like no one is minding the store.

I'm giving this place only 3 stars, but to be fair, I'll rate the rooms 5 stars and the spa 2 stars.
The rooms are perfect, nothing to complain; clean, comfortable and homey.
The spa however, the lady performing the treatments was very nice, but we could not relax since the entire time we could hear the owner either having a discussion with someone or on speaker phone. It was so loud it was as if he was next to us. Very disappointed. We brought it up to his attention and he simply said "ah ok sorry".response / report this review -

Hanno addebitato sulla carta 100 dollari il giorno dopo la mia partenza per una presunta sigaretta fumata in stanza. Inoltre non riuscivano a trovare un telo che secondo loro avevo preso (cosa ovviamente falsa)

This place is serene, quiet, and friendly. The hotel staff is so helpful and nice. They set up a great package for us tailored to our wishes and desires. I will definitely return here again, abs again, and again.

It was well maintained, the rooms and the grounds are lovely and cozy/small. The pool was well maintained. The cafe that is a part of the hotel is small with moderate activity until about 5pm when it closes. I would have liked some more amenities available for guests like a small breakfast service or any at all.
