Jammer dat het strand niet echt voor de deur ligt
Vriendelijk hotel en wij hebben hier eindelijk
weer eens een kok getroffen die een beetje zijn best had gedaan
Strand iets verder op prima
Wel sterke stroming/golfslag
In het weekend ook veel locals met de hele familie

Gemütliches Hotel
Jedoch etwas kleine Zimmer und kleiner Poolbereich.
Strandbereich (gehört nocht zum Hotel) etwas karg.
Zum Durchreisen jedoch passend.

Very bad hotel : no welcome and reservation confirmed but rooms not free to be used Had to call in emergency our agency to force the hotel finding us other rooms for the nights as the receptionist pretended talking to them while he just cut at the 2nd bip We should have been compensated by having offered better plates for the 31/12 dinner but they were exactly the same than the others and we asked for wine that came at the end of our main dish Moreover they have never asked us for the cooking instructions for the meat (rare, medium rare, )

Just briefly, avoid this hotel that just look to get your money without carrying about you and your experience/journey

Excelente ubicación, hermosas instalaciones excepto por la piscina que podría ser un poco más grande. Por lo demás todo genial, la atención durante nuestra estadía fue excepcional!

Rooms were fine, but way too many insects, I think I had to kill over 15 or 16 insects. Room WiFi didn't work, and customer service was terrible. The man at reception was on his phone as I walked up to him to ask about the Wi-Fi. Even as I approached, he didn't look up or even acknowledge me. I cleared my throat and said, señor? He looked up, looked back down at his phone and said what? I told him about the Wi-Fi problem, he simply said idk and looked back at his phone. He offered no help whatsoever.
