  Hoy es la segunda vez que tuvimos una experiencia terrible aquí. No había otros clientes y esperamos 25 minutos antes de que fui a la recepción para preguntar qué estaba tomando tanto tiempo. Me dijeron que algunos de los artículos que pedimos no estaban en stock, aunque el inventario mostró que estaban. Luego hubo otra espera 15 minutos mientras se ponían a buscar el resto. Conté probablemente 20 empleados y ninguno de ellos tiene una idea de lo que está pasando. Me sorprende que un negocio de este tamaño puede operar con sistemas tan desorganizados. Como propietario de un hotel, las opciones están desafortunadamente limitado en San José. Si usted planea hacer compras aquí, esté preparado para esperar y salir con presión arterial alta. TIPS tiene un servicio muchisimo mejor, aunque es mas caro.

  Today is the second time we had a terrible experience here. There were no other customers and we waited 25 minutes before I went to the desk to ask what was taking so long. I was told that some of the items we ordered were not in stock, even though the inventory showed that they were. Then there was another 15 minute wait while they scrambled to find the rest. I counted probably 20 employees and none of them have a clue what's going on. I am amazed that a business this size can operate with such unorganized systems. As a hotel owner, the options are unfortunately limited in San Jose. If you plan on shopping here, be prepared to wait and leave with high blood pressure. TIPS has much better service, but is more expensive.

  best selection for kitchen items. There are only a couple options for kitchen items in costa rica but jopco has great selection. they have higher quality items so it's worth the price. I shop here at least two or three times a year. Be ready for a long wait while they get your order and inspect every item for defects.
