  Nice place a bit far away from the beach. Boring Breakfast 🥣 only toast and cereal. Some fruit like anywhere would have been nice.

  Atrocious customer service! We had called Jaco Lodge from out shuttle driver's phone to advise them we were going to be a little bit past check-in time due to traffic and they would not pick up their phones. When we arrived there we called their emergency number and the call went straight to voicemail. Nobody ever returned our calls. We had also tried emailing them when we were connected to the internet, and they did not return our emails either. Because of their lack of customer care we were forced to walk around a city at night that we were unfamiliar with to find a place to stay. We are now 2 weeks past the date of our booking and we still have not heard back from anyone and they ended up charging us for the night!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

  Parking is free, the rooms are clean, and it's not too expensive. The location is quiet and a little secluded. Included breakfast consists of coffee, toast and cereal. Overall, a very decent place to stay for the night.

  Very quiet place to relax. The walk to the beach is a bit long but not undoable. The rooms were nice but you can't leave on the AC while you are gone, which I'm sure is good for the environment however it does get a bit hot during the day if you are out for a while.

  The cabins are very well maintained and clean. The service is incredible and the location was just perfect!!!!! You can walk/drive to anywhere from Jaco Lodge. As soon as you register at reception you feel completely welcomed. I would definitely choose to stay at Jaco Lodge on my next trip to Costa Rica.

  I can't remember staying at a place where they cared more about accommodating for their guests - the staff here will do anything for you - I highly recommend this place.

  Didn't meet the expectations. People were partying and were extremely loud at the pool. There was no internet in the rooms and only periodic internet acces near the lodge.
  However,the surroundings is nice and kind staf.
