Good barber been cutting for 12-13 years experience and 3500-4000 colones ! $7-8 ! On the right hand side leaving Huacas about 200 mtrs half way to new gas station .

Quaint, and friendly barber in Huacas (near Playa Flamingo / Tamarindo)! There was a slight language disconnect since I don't speak spanish :( but the experience was very enjoyable. I got a great haircut (the barber is excellent), and it was very affordable (3000 colones / $6-7 CAD).
