Uncomfortable driving,driver drives way to nervous and fast to sit comfortable in your seat.driving like we where late while there was all the time in the world,we got to the ferry 45 minutes early.driving way to close behind cars leaving only 1 meter in between or less and no room for any errors.either full on the accelerator or full on breaks the whole trip.this is not how a passenger service should be.

Travelled from Bahia del Sol to San Jose 09.08.17. Our Driver was bad.
He drove unsave, jerked around on his seat and gaspadel. It was very uncomfortable to drive with him. He reminded on people wirh tics.
We reachet our goal, no accident, and he was a friendly guy. But he asked us four times for the name of our Hotel. He should not work as a driver.

Left us stranded in punta leona because they made a mistake and booked the trip the other way around. F that. Not even the slightest apology or anything. Typical costarrican attitude, mediocre and never taking responsibility of their actions.

Took a little longer than it should have because we waited 45 minutes for a passenger before eventually leaving without them, but the vehicle was clean and appeared to be well maintained and the driver was courteous and professional. Would use again but remember to allot a little extra time if you're planning to attend an event or catch a plane.

Showed up on time. Very friendly, very safe drivers. Reservations department gets back to you fairly quickly using email. Agents do speak English so you can call them. Door to door service. Would use them again.

Would not recommend! Long story short: they sent driver to the wrong city, blamed us, tried to charge us for a new shuttle, wasted an entire day dealing with their bs. Was 45 minutes late when they finally sent the second shuttle 6 hours after our original shuttle was supposed to arrive.

Long sorry long:
I emailed them to confirm our pickup in La Fortuna. I clearly stated our hostel name and that we were in La Fortuna. Our emailed reservation said La Fortuna. Come the time for pick up, interbus was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the company using our hostels phone and they told us that our driver was in San Ramon and that is where we had booked our reservation for there. I emailed them the reservation they had sent me that stated La Fortuna. They denied that we ever booked there and then told us we would have to pay for a second shuttle for later in the afternoon. We refused to pay and even our hostel owner spoke with the representative and we were finally able to be put on a shuttle 6 hours later. The driver was supposed to arrive at 245 didn't arrive until 330.

I emailed the company outlining our dismay and was basically told "too bad, so sad"

We unfortunately had already booked a second shuttle with them from Manuel Antonio to the airport. That driver was also 45 minutes late to pick us up from our hostel. If I return to Costa Rica I will make sure to stay far away from this company.

I travel often San Jose - Monteverde or MOnteverde- San Jose, I usually never complain but today I talked to a customer service agent from the company who was not helpful and very insolent!
My first trip with the company was uneventful, comfortable and overall good.
My second trip was scheduled to leave from the radisson hotel at 2:30 pm and after that pick up some other people at Denny's near the airport the driver went on a personal errand before that pretty sure the company was not aware of this. We picked up everyone very late and had to change shuttles in orotina (something that was not mentioned to any of the passengers) the new driver was excellent thankfully.
My third trip we took the longest route from monteverde to San Jose (again a good driver, not his fault) -and this is not a really big problem except that when I asked the contact number that they have online the reason for the route I was treated poorly. Unfortunately there are not many services like this so until I find a new way of transportation I will be traveling with them.

Interbus was great! Our transportation to and from the airport was arranged through our hotel (Hotel Suites Cristina). When changing one pickup time, we contacted Interbus directly and they answered our email almost immediately with an updated time. We used Interbus a total of 4 times in a week, and each time it went so smoothly. The drivers were always waiting right where we left the airport and were so friendly. They all spoke some (or fluent) English and we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend using the service to get around if you don't plan on renting a car!
