I didn't stay here, I only used them to do an ATV tour which was absolutely amazing! The guides were great, and the tour was fun.

This is a nice clean hotel located on a very busy road so the selection of your lodging is extremely important to avoid the sounds of the cars. Landscaping was beautiful bathrooms clean but dark.

Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. There is a gift shop there that has just about everything you would need if purchasing souvenirs for family and friends.they also make you aware of all of the adventure tours they can set up for you which makes things really convenient. We didn't have to go and find a company to do that for us. We stayed in one of the single cabins which had a great view of the volcanoes, plant and wild life like birds lizards and cows. The cabin was comfortable and privat. The bathroom was a good size and so was the room itself for thAt matter. There was no time to watch tv because there was so much to do. And when we didn't have anything to do we would sit on the front porch on the rocking chairs and take everything in. Breathtaking views, amazing staff good times.

Hotel room was nice and clean. The maids did towel art every day which was a nice touch. Good wifi and hot water. The pool was also nice during hot days.

Great family hotel to stay at. We (my daughter and I) stayed here for 2 nights in July 2017. Nice pool area (2 hot pools and 2 cool pools), nice restaurant, friendly service and nice rooms (would have given a 5 out of 5 rating, but the only constructive criticism I would have is that the lighting in the rooms is too dark given the wood of the cabin rooms). Overall I would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was our favorite from all Costa Rica. The view was incredible, the showers are amazing! A lot of hotels don't have hot water and if hey do it barely comes out. They have two jacuzzi's and one big pool! The breakfast is delicious. There is only one downfall. A bartender/waiter. He has zero customer service. He made me a disgusting strawberry margarita and was very rude to me when I told him I couldn't drink that (he used real strawberries and you know strawberries are very sour he's supposed to use like a sweet strawberry pulp) he practically fought me in it and I was pretty much wrong not to like it of course his manager didn't charge me for it. Also with my mom he was just not the best. Not to mention we were friendly with him when we arrived it's just his personality he's probably a family member there he really shouldn't be representing the hotel. If it weren't for our sour experience with him THREE different times this hotel would have more than 5 stars for sure. In fact if I didn't like this hotel so much it would have 2-3 stars just because of the bartender.
