Better than expected. Clean small air-conditioned double room with everything in working order. Firm but comfortable beds and small bathroom. Restaurant has swift service but 30 minutes to deliver food, even on a quiet night. Nearly no English spoken by staff but a smile and sign language works.

Sorry, I can't give at least 3, they had to move me twice of room. They have to fix many things First, the toilet didn't work. Second, the A/C didn't work and the last room I couldn't believe a cockroach in the bath. Definitely I don't recommend this place unless you are very tired and don't want to search for another place. 2 points because they have parking lot, the main entrance looks no bad. I ordered a ceviche and it was not bad but when you realize the rooms weren't ok you get very disappointed.

Nos hospedamos en Hotel Wilson el 17 junio 2017 y nos gustó el aspecto exterior de las habitaciones con parqueo y seguridad privada. El guarda fue un señor muy amable. Nos asignaron la habitación 28. Al ingresar, la presentación de la habitación sugiere que has realizado una buena elección de hotel. Pero el inodoro está muy rayado, opaco y la tapa suelta. Lo peor fue el colchón. .. como dormir sobre alambreslos resortes se sienten terriblemente. No pudimos descansar. Ese tipo de colchón es totalmente anticuado y no apto para ningún hotel. Especialmente éste, ubicado en zona de alto paso de turistas y uso habitual de agentes de ventas. La gerencia debería estar mas atenta y mejorar estos importantes detalles. Incluso el 17 julio 2015, una persona se alojó en la habitación 28 y también se quejó del mismo problema del colchón en este foro. A la joven que nos atendió en el desayuno le preguntamos por el administrador pero no se encontraba en el hotel.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y con aire acondicionado, están bien y muy limpias, el servicio de restaurante duraron mucho para ser atendidos y en llevas los alimentos, pero muy buen lugar para pasar un par de noches

Doing mission work in a squatter village near by. It's a great place to regroup. Nice bar & rest. Very clean rooms with air conditioning. Not all of the rooms have hot water but some do. They give you a tooth brush and some slippers in the room. Even has TV.
