Great Hotel. The view is amazing. The hotel is clean and new. Jose its an amazing host. The fruit at breakfast is really good. I recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Monteverde for a few days. You will not regret.

Perfect location to see the Golfo de Nicoya, nice music and friendly staff. Very dissapointed with the quality of the food considering that the prices double other places in Monteverde.

The views are breath taking. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Jose is an amazingly generous host with his time and wealth of information. If you have an opportunity to stay at Tropico do not hesitate!

L’accueil y est formidable . On a lavé et plié notre linge Cocktail de bienvenue . La chambre est top avec une superbe vue (coucher de soleil magnifique ) , calme , plus que confortable , très spacieuse . Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux pour partir à l’aventure . Toutes les chambres ont une terrasse privée . Wi-fi haut débit . Je ne peux que recommander cette hôtel , qui en plus est tout récent . Pas de mauvaises surprises

The owner Jose is very helpful and kind to make sure that you have everything you need in order to make your stay a pleasent one.
Your room front porch will be in front of an amazing view.
We found this hotel by chance. It just so happen we booked another hotel and wanted to stay longer, they were sold out. Then I went to the hotel next door where the owner Jose helped me out tremendously!
He said that he had rooms available in his other hotel. He took the courtesy of bringing me and my wife to the hotel, and we loved it!
This is a bran new jewel in Monteverde, worth the stay!
All tours to the amazing cloud forest will send transportation to pick you and drop you off.response / report this review -

I could not have picked a better place to stay in Monteverde. The views and property are spectacular. Staff were great and helpful. Las Rocas restaurant is something that you don't want to miss out. The service was spot on and the food was very tasty with a very nice presentation.Highly recommended. I will visit again when I come back to Monteverde.
