  Buena ubicación, para pasar la noche funciona. Habitaciones grandes, limpias, no sirven desayuno los domingos.

  Surprisingly quiet room (#5). Hard bed, big bathroom, nice shower (electric shower head). Comfortable, good wifi, 15 minute walk to downtown. Recommend!

  Habitaciones amplias, muy aseadas. El lugar es tranquilo. Tiene restaurante con buen sabor. El precio es económico respecto a lo que brinda. Excelente para pasar la noche si se anda de viaje o para un fin de semana de visita a Pérez Zeledón.

  Hotel Montecito, tiene muy buena ubicación y acceso a la carretera principal de Perez Zeledón. Creo que el servicio podría mejorar si el personal fuer aun poco más amable. Así mismo que ampliaran los horarios del restaurant

  Great economical hotel for a business trip or to base out of while on vacation. No frills, but super super clean rooms and a friendly helpful staff. Able to get to the center of town on foot if needed. Access to the capitol city of San Jose can be reached by bus line. Great restaurant onsite with amazing fruit smoothies and typical Costa Rican "casinos" as well as great American hamburgers and sandwiches. Restaurant staff treated us like family! A/C available for an extra 4-5 dollars, but worth it. Enclosed parking area. Grocery store next door for snacks. Stayed two nights. Usually am looking for a different hotel the next night for similar ones at this price range.
