L'addetto alla reception gentilissimo, il parcheggio interno, la posizione eccezionale per prendere il traghetto e la piscina di fronte alla camera (ne avevamo chiesta una nei pressi e ce l'hanno data). Non fanno servizio ristorante, il che non è un problema perché dietro l'angolo c'è un ristorante eccellente. Però la mancanza della colazione l'abbiamo sentita (la stellina in meno è solo per questo motivo).

Excelente lugar: Cuartos grandes con A/C y televión por cable. Además de baños amplios y duchas con agua caliente para aquellos que siempre usan inclusive en la playa. Lugar muy limpio y con buena piscina. Lo molesto pero aceptable: No tienen restaurante incluido pero se puede pedir srrvicio express de unos menús de varios restaurantes cercanos.

The roof leaked, the water cascaded down the walls and puddled up on the floor and there weren't enough towels to clean it up. When I went for help, the man at the front desk wouldn't stop wiping down the counter to look at me and finally told me that I'd have to wait till he could phone his manager.
A half hour later, he came to tell us we could move to the room below ours. That one leaked too. We canceled our second night.

Buena atención por el personal, no hay restaurante, no hay donde poner a secar la ropa, para guardar el carro faltan facilidades para que te abran el parqueo, lindas habitaciones, aire acondicionado, cable, Internet, limpias, piscina muy linda y limpia, un buen lugar para descansar

Excelente servicio. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Tienen internet y parqueo. es mejor pedir habitaciones lejos de la entrada principal, porque a la par hay un bar y pasan muchos vehículos.

Pésimo atención del tipo de la recepción!!!! el día de la reservación, llamé preguntando si tenían habitaciones dobles, cuádruples o como era el servicio de hospedaje, de una manera malcriada me pregunta cuantos somos, al contestarle 5 personas, de muy mala gana en ves de ofrecerme 2 o 3 habitaciones me remite a unas cabinas que ni recuerdo el nombre.
Mucho interés tienen los dueños del local en que se hospeden los clientes, mandándolos a otros lugares de la competencia, en vez de brindar un trato amable o ofrecer mas habitaciones.
Nunca más!!

We have stayed a number of nights at hotel La Punta. The rooms are clean and roomy with hot showers. There is TV with English and Spanish programs. The pool is well kept and inviting. One block toward the beach there is a number of places to set outside and have a cold drink or very good meal. New piers have been built and offer a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The New owners have done a great job of remodeling the property. There is also security parking on the hotel grounds. We like to go during the week as the rates are very good and we have most of the town to ourselves. There is no bar in the hotel but beer and soft drinks can be bought in the lobby. A taxi ride uptown will run you about a dollar.
