  My second year going here and it was legitimately better than the first! Most of the same staff was there and it was like being around old friends. They had a new dog, Rocky, who escorted us around when he wasn't spending hours chasing waves.

  I have traveled the world and have very seldom encountered a more beautiful or unique lodge. You drive into the place thru the jungle on what appears to be a goat path. Upon arrival you find a beautiful eco lodge with;
  The nicest and most laid back staff anywhere. If you just thought about wanting something it was brought to you. I had to wake up the security guard to check in. So peaceful!
  Spectacular views including the famous whale tail penninsula and beautiful waterfalls. Every cabana has a spectacular view but the view from the main patio is truly breathtaking. The staff brings binoculars so you can watch the whales frolic with their new babies. You dont even have to rent a room to enjoy the grounds. We encountered troops of howler monkeys (too cool of an experience to describe here) Black squirrels, coutamundis, toucans, scarlett macaws and more. Back at the lodge delicious food and drink awaited at a shocking low price. Plus, a yoga room with a view! I highly recommend this place. I plan to go back with my kids. Much more fun seeing all these creatures in their natural habitat than a zoo. The incredible staff adds the perfect touch! Bring your camera!!

  This is a magnificent place. I wish I had brought my anamorphic lens to really capture the wide panoramic view from the mezzanine .
  Absolutely gorgeous ! We went to scout locate for a film and stayed to eat at their delicious restaurant where the chef combines simplicity with flavor using organic products from the region. Everything there was built to coexist with the ecosystem and we did get into a Zen state of mind. We liked it so much that we went back and rent a cabin after our work was done just to be able to fly like an Eagle for one day.

  I was here last week with a group of my students with Walking Tree Travel. Everyone in the group LOVED our afternoon and evening at the lodge. The secluded beach was perfect for our students to run around and enjoy the waves and some of us took the opportunity to visit the natural pool and watch the monkeys feeding from below. The food at the restaurant was amazing. We especially loved the flan with passion fruit topping and banana cheese cake. We truly were spoiled here and I cannot wait to come back for another visit on my own.

  Gorgeous lodge in Costa Rica. They have so much land. The trails there are insane. My favorite was the one to the private beach. Just wish they had wifi in the rooms but I see why they don't.

  Fantastic lodge! A true gem of Costa Rica! I have been to this lodge three times now, and keep coming back for more. The accommodations are comfortable, the food at Aracari Restaurant is wonderful, and the views are breathtaking. The staff is charismatic and extremely professional. All sights and sounds of a coastal tropical retreat including toucans and monkeys, with a short hike through primary forest to a secluded beach, sea caves, and waterfalls. The owner of this property has clearly put a lot of time and consideration in to each detail to create this paradise and put it on the map for being one of the top Eco Lodges in the world!

  Eco Lodge con mayúsculas. Ubicado justo en medio de lo salvaje. Un personal muy agradable en todo momento, unas habitaciones muy confortables dónde puedes apreciar, sobretodo por la noche, la maravilla de la naturaleza. Ruidos, Sonidos. Una experiencia realmente burtal.
