I stayed 2 nights. One upon arriving in San Jose, and my last night. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The hotel is meticulously clean and modern. There's plenty of lounging space in the atrium with outlets for charging. My rooms were very clean and comfortable. The showers were a huge bonus. I'm a sucker for great water pressure and plenty of hot water. During my two stays my rooms had both. Great hotel at a very reasonable price.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel near the American embassy. Accommodating staff. Nice Chinese restaurant on site. Breakfast included in rate.

Renovado, muy bonitas habitaciones, yo me hospedé en una habitación básica pero estaba muy bien todo. Mis únicas observación es que el desayuno podría ser mejor y el menú del restaurante para la cena también es limitado. No hay agua embotellada en la habitación tampoco.

Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, la atención es excelente, el precio es muy económico, este hotel cuenta con un sistema ecologico de Paneles solares, nada que pedirle al Sheraton, Marriot etc..

Muy bonito y centrico el trato muy bien lo unico que me hizo falta fue la nevera en la habitación 2 noches en 2 diferentes cuartos estandar y no hay neveras 😔 las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias!

Small room and bed. We could have upgraded, but didn't. Great staff and service. If you need a no frills place to stay, you can't beat it.
