This place makes you feel like a rock star. That's all I have to say about that. Room's fair but the atmosphere is amazing. A lot of 9s and 10s around.

It is what it is. Go there for the women not to gamble. The poolside bar is where it's at. Keep your wallet in your front pocket. Lol.

Wow there is a lot to see here, and a lot to say about it. It's pretty much a human meat market, with a mini-casino on the front end. A memorable experience. If you enjoy that kind of thing, I suggest you pay a visit. No other place nearby had quite the same level of excitement.response / report this review -

Have been eating lunch here for years but never again. The staff watched us try to chase off an iguana for half hour before our food arrived. The iguana jumped on my plate and took the steak sandwich while the 8 waiters stood back and laughed. I looked at them and was pretty upset and asked them if they were going to do anything. Nothing.
Then a body builder half my age at the next table took exception to me being upset and started threatening me. The staff stood and did nothing.
Went up to pay our tab for three of us and they wouldn’t even take the sandwich I didn’t get to eat off the tab.
It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had in a restaurant.
And by the way, I am in the restaurant business in Colorado. This would be like me watching rats eat off of patrons plates and doing nothing about it.response / report this review -

We didn't stay here, but my girlfriend and I did cut through this hotel to look at a sunset on the beach. That's not the only sight we got All that you have heard about the working girls, appears to be true, as the pool/bar area has bunches of them (and mature guys). Looks like a good time if that's what you are into, but stay away if prude-ish.

This review is STRICTLY based off of the people watching. If you want to see some of the most amazing people watching you can ever do, you have to make your way to the bar, sit, grab a drink, and watch what happens with everyone else around you. All I can say is it makes for some amazing story telling and interesting people watching. If you enjoy people watching at establishments like Walmart, your going to LOVE coming here and just watching!

If you are looking for single ladies willing to spend the night with you. This is the place. This casino is one of the main attractions in Jaco. The food from the restaurant is ok but sadly it is one of the best places in the area.

I have stayed here numerous times. Every time was a good experience. While not a place for young children, I don't travel to Jaco with children. The service here is exceptional. The rooms are ok. Clean, cool, and comfortable. The food is the restaurant is the best food you can find in Jaco. Have the seafood plate and the chatobreaun. The hand made margaritas are great as well from the pool bar. And, if you travel alone, there is always some wonderful company around during the evening hours to help with being homesick. Definately a 5 star experience.

The location of this place was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was very nice, the service was quick and they accepted colonies and dollars which was good.

Bartender will drug you and associates will rip you off, be careful. That said it is full of hot hookers. Just be careful, the owners are scumbags, they will back the girls and screw you. I am a Decades old veteran.

I didn't stay there but what is not mentioned in the reviews, which should definitely be noted so no one is caught off guard, it's basically a brothel. It's a hotel for men looking to pay to play. I was there on a Saturday night and the pool area was a bar/hook up lounge. There were probably 150 prositiutes for 100 men. During the day you can find working girls there too, but not as many. So, if you are not into prostitution, DO NOT stay there. It's not a place for regular women, families or men who aren't interested in prostitutes. Ladies, if your man says he's going to Jaco for a fishing or surfing trip with the guys, he's also probabaly going for sex. It's cheap, abundant and very easy to get. Don't be fooled. There are plenty of other places to go fishing or surfing in Costa Rica.

the poor reviews here are mostly BS. It's a hotel for single guys who want to pick up woman. That's it. For the guy who got money stolen, of course you did. Be smart next time they are working girls and if you leave something of value around they will take it. The cops all called you a dummy in Spanish I am sure of it.

I was robbed by some females in my room that I invited in for drinks. They stole money from me and I caught them. Once I realized I was missing money I called security to my room and they let the girls leave saying that it's their word verses mine. I'm a paying customer and they were just regular women walking around the property with no reservation. I feel extremely disgruntled as a paying customer at this establishment for the lack of customer service in regards to my money being stolen. Secondly the police was called by myself to help resolve the issue and upon arrival none of the officers claimed to speak any English but another customer over heard them speaking clear English once I walked back into my room. This was a horrible experience for me overall and I don't recommend any of you stay here.
