A comfortable hotel in San Josè's bohemian area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Worth it given the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, very welcoming and good location close walk to the bars, restaurants and cycle hire. Clean and tidy rooms with warm showers. Wifi worked in our room and very happy with overall stay. Would recommend

Positives
• Nice little Hotel which is reasonably priced and close enough to main downtown district, restaurants and other amenities.
• Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
• Hotel is clean. Cleaning staff seem to take pride in the cleanliness of the hotel.
• Ernesto, the front desk manager will go out if his way to make sure you are happy.
• Close to Dentist Gadea Ramirez, and is the main reason for staying at Casa Hotel.
• Breakfast is nice, and cooked to order.
Negatives
• Hotel Casa is looking older and could use some updates.
• On main thoroughfare, and close to busy train track so there is a fair amount of noise from both.
I would stay here again if I was coming back for more dental work.response / report this review -

Fraudulent hotel that will steal your hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere legit that will not rip you off.
