Amazing Views high above Drake Bay, beautiful public spaces, excellent central location, and great, very friendly service. We saw toucans in the trees just a few feet from the kitchen. Yami takes care of her guests.

We had a wonderful stay in a private bungalow at Pedro and Yami's place. They and their staff were so friendly and helped us out with everything from booking tours to caring for us when we got sick. Casa Horizontes is clean and tranquil with a wonderful view over the bay, close to the beach and minimarket. We warmly recommend to stay there if you're visiting Corcovado!

Terrible accommodation. I paid for 4 days and left after 2. There’s very little bathroom privacy (connecting bathrooms with a huge square hole in the ceiling so you can hear everything in the other bathroom). My bed shook when other guests walked by. My door constantly felt like it was being opened due to vibrations in the home. You cannot sleep in as tours start early and guests are awake and thumping around at 5am. I should have been honest about my early departure but the staff are so lovely there, I couldn’t bring myself to complain. I would never stay there again.

If you are looking for authenticity, simplicity, friendliness, kindness, good food, you are at the right address. Yami and Pedro and this personnel are of an extreme kindness where you will spend an unforgettable stay with a pleasant and surprising sea view. Close to all amenities and activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The evening meal is excellent and the attentions of the snack of the 4h is very pleasant and appreciable. The best address of Drake Bay.
Si vous cherchez l'authenticité, la simplicité, l'amabilité, la gentillesse, la bonne nourriture, vous êtes à la bonne adresse. Yami et Pedro sont d'une gentillesse extrême où vous passerez un séjour inoubliable avec une vue mer agréable et surprenante. Proche de toutes les commodités et départ d'activités. We stayed for one week and it was incredible. The casas are literally IN the jungle, and you wake up to the sound of nature. We even saw whales playing in Drake Bay!
Yami, Pedro, Maria and Porcha are adorable and do everything they can to make you feel home.
Yami's sister, Elía, is a guide, who planned individual tours for us. She is so fond and informed on the nature and is happy to share her knowledge. The food is great and always fresh. Don't miss out on this jewel by means of environment and warm people!!response / report this review
