This was our last stop in Costa Rica and it was perfect. We used the laundry service so we didn't have to take dirty wet jungle clothes home. The room was cool and the bathroom was beautiful. We loved it.

Nice place, awesome Volcano view, beautiful amenities, but a would need to take 2 stars for Misleading information regarding the Hot springs, they do Not have Hotsprings at their hotel, rather, they have kind of look alike pools, but with tempered water. Attention from staff was very pleasant.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in Costa Rica and this was the best of our trip. Loved that they had their own thermal spring spas. They have 6 or so that are connected and of various sizes so whether you have a small group or a large group you can have your own spa. So much better than going to one of the nearby public thermal spring spas that you have to pay extra for. They have bar service at the spa as well.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel. Had a hot tub in the room which was amazing. The view of the volcano from the rooms and springs was beautiful. Loved the welcome cocktails and spa treatment.

Such wonderful views and the people are all so relaxed and cheerful. The room service always left us a surprise by shaping our towels into a family of elephants or crocodiles (I am not kidding)!

We loved our time at Hotel Arenal Kioro! The staff was helpful and hospitable, and the property was beautifully landscaped. We saw many birds, and the signage next to the flora was excellent in helping us to know what we were looking at. The hot springs at Titokú were a bonus and I recommend the free shuttle ride there if you have time. Nice and private!

Very nice placed immersed in the nature. Rooms are very big and beautiful with a fantastic view and also the restaurant was very good. Ricreational and common rooms are missing

Very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location. Hotel staff is great and attentive. It is a little older and shows in some areas, but overall is updated.

top notch place to spend the weekend! The hot springs on the property are not very hot, but their hot springs that are located off site are fantastic!

Food there was nice and the rooms are very comfortable an upscale.

We loved our stay at Hotel Arenal Kioro. The property its located central to La Fortuna town and Arenal Volcano. The staff were welcoming and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. Every room has a view of the volcano, which is very mesmerizing. Our stay included breakfast, which is served buffet style, with the following options of made to order omelets, fresh local fruit, cereal/granola bar, rotating meat station, and of course plantains!

Our room was very spacious with a separate seating area, balcony to watch the volcano, comfy bed, and hot tub. The room was very clean and we were always welcomed back to our room with an animal formed towel. If we come back to La Fortuna, we will definitely stay at Hotel Arenal and highly recommend it to all our friends and family.

The Arenal Kioro is a phenomenal resort for your stay in the rainforest. Our third floor room was HUGE! The view of the volcano greeted us as we woke up each morning. Usually shrouded in swirling clouds, the final morning revealed the clearest look at the volcano of the entire stay. While eating breakfast on that morning we just stared out the open window restaurant and admired this magnificent feat of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and amazing flowers and plants, this location is a paradise you could easily get used to. Can't rave enough about the amenities and staff. Highly recommend and anxious to go back. Thanks Kioro!

I opened my room door to a 20 foot ceiling, a complete view of the volcano and the jungle!! (Room 1204) All of the staff were so so kind and helpful. The restaurant had some of the best food I've ever had in my life!
Although I did not see any monkeys, I did see armadillos, snakes, plenty of beetles, mosquitoes, geckos, and butterflies.
The hot springs and views are all breathtaking!! It was very hard to leave this rejuvenating and relaxing space.

There aren't enough positive things to say about this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff overwhelmed us with welcoming arms and incredible hospitality. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. You feel like you're in your own little private oasis. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The room was spacious with impeccable views, the spa treatments we received were the BEST we've ever gotten, the food was superb, and the overall experience was just amazing. We will DEFINITELY be staying here during our next trip to Arenal!

Well maintained property with great service. This is probably the closest property to the Arenal volcano and definitely has been positioned with the best view. All the suites will provide a great view. The hotel has good hot springs and pools with view of the volcano as well. Maid service and overall staff service was great. The free breakfast and volcanic mud mask was convenient and the quality and variety of the food was great. The drive in town la fortuna was only 15 mins but the property itself is very quiet and lush with nature and calmness. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, upgraded features. Conscious about the environment. Have to enter room key to activate electricity in the room. Could not be closer to the volcano. What is better than that? Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Coasta Rica!!
