Bus routes to many different destinations along the Atlantic cost of Costa Rica. Tickets are inexpensive and bus schedules are fixed so you can plan your trip quite accurately. Tends to get packed specially during weekends or holidays, so get there with plenty of time before your planned departure. There are several shops with basic things you might need at the beach and several places to buy food or snacks. Don't expect too much variety at the food court though.

Great quality buses, fast service, low price and always with alternative roadways to get your destination in case of bad weather and bad road conditions.

Gut ist die Pünktlichkeit der Abfahrt. Bedenklich die Sicherheit - es fehlen die Hammer für die Notausgänge und die Sitze haben gefährliche Metallstücke, an denen man sich verletzen kann, zumindest aber die Kleidung zerreißt.

This is one of the main bus terminals. If you're not sure where to go ask the locals, must times they're better informed than the workers.
