One of the nicest bus terminals in San Jose. If you want to go to; Jaco, La Fortuna, and some other places this is the place. Gave them four stars because they charge 300 € for bathrooms. Come on now, it should be free if you bought a bus ticket

Came here on a Sunday. Place is new and quite clean, but not all shops are open/rented. Food court on 3rd floor is very sparse.

Terminal ubicada en una zona peligrosa de la capital, los tiquetes se compran en el 3er nivel del edificio, no se venden tiquetes con asiento numerado, por lo que debe hacer fila para tomar el autobús (dependiendo del horario se puede tomar hasta 1 hora). El servicio al cliente dado por los funcionarios de las compañías de autobuses es poco profesional y con tintes groseros.
Sugiero: que las taquillas se encuentren en el primer nivel, que se vendan asientos con numeración que le permita al usuario abordar a la hora de salida y mientras espera, ver las tiendas, comprar, comer. Y que el personal sea capacitado en atención y servicio al cliente.response / report this review -

Yo no conosco pero tengo que ir a la terminal de cobano y específicamente no se donde esta en es terminal tengo que preguntar y solo 2 buses salen al dias.deveria de dar mas informacion de las paradas especificamente

Great place for transportation/-well lit very populated and security/police officers everywhere.. It does take 200 colones to go to the bathroom though.. We used this terminal as home base to go everywhere in Costa Rica.. It's a mall with tons of expensive shops and food courts. Second floor in the corner is for some buses and third-floor top corner is for other buses is where you buy tickets..

I rented a car while in San Jose, Costa Rica. I needed an ATM machine to withdraw money. I stopped into Terminal 7-10 bus station - mini mall. I left my car on the curb with my husband and child in the car. I ran out to withdraw money from the ATM location on the second floor. When i return i find the police standing next to my car with a ticket. I was told by the police officer that the taxis located on the property of the terminal 7-10 bus station / mini-mall called them because they thought i was an Uber driver and thought i was steeling their business. I was going to be issued a $400.00 ticket for the ruthless ignorance of the evil taxi drivers. I was asked by the police officer to provide me passport which was in my backpack in the truck of my car. As I opened my trunk I hear the horrible taxi driver location on the property start laughing saying they were wrong I was not an Uber. Then I confronted the taxi drivers and told them that my husband was in the car the entire time. They could have just asked him to move the car. They laughed and told be in this Country there are rules that you tourist need to obey. It was then that they realized that it was a rental car. How stupid and ignorant of the taxi people on the property. I am Mexican a speak clear Spanish so I understood the entire thing. I was able to talk my way out of the $400.00 ticket since it was apparent the I was not an Uber but instead paid $20.00 for not having my 6 year old son in a car seat. Since I was told that children under 12 or 1.5 meters need to have a car seat. It was not just explained to me the police officer also showed me the same rule on a handheld computer monitor. B.S. but I was pissed that the ignorance of the Taxi service which is man that Uber is taking over got me a ticket. If you don't have a car UBER!!! Don't taxi and especially not from here these taxi people are just evil. If you rent a car bring you car seat or rent one!!! It will save you stress and money! I did confront the Budget car rental agent whom I had asked at the time of pick of the vehicle if I need a car seat for my tall six year old kid My 6 year old was standing next to me at the time of the vehicle pick- up. The Budget agent told me no I did not need a car seat and that we should be fine. However, when I returned to return the car rental when our vacation was over I asked the same agent that gave me the car rental at pick-up if I need a car seat and he once more said no. Then I proceeded to explain that I got a ticket for $400.00 and I was shown by the police officer that I need a car seat for any child 12 yeas and under or 1.5 meter of height. The budget agent told me I should have never showed the police officer I did not know the law and that I was my fault. How ridiculous I'm a tourist how I am I suppose to know the regulations on car seat. That was the whole reason of my car seat question at the Budget vehicle pick- up! I will be writing a complaint to Budget on this same issue.
