WOW! We've been in Cabayu for 4 nights and we've tried pretty much every place for a meal. Fusion Mar y Tierra is not only the best place in Cabayu and area, it truly is a gem in the jungle. We shared a sushi role for our appetizer and it was a treat. Expertly prepared (the owner/chef trained with a Japanese sushi master), beautifully presented, very creative and delicious. We followed that up with the recommended tuna dish, and it it was great. Fusion Mar y Tierra is one of our best dining finds on the Nicola Peninsula.

How about a 3 /4" tuna steak done to perfection or amazing fresh maki roll of any type. This all hand prepared by a woñderful English speaking local in the tranquil setting of Cabuya.

Delicious. Stumbled upon this place and I plan on going back (even though it is 50min from where I'm staying) local customers recommended the fried ice cream and coconut smoothie. I'd already ordered so I must go back.

Great vibe. Nice people. Very good food. What a menu! Sushi to fried rice to pasta to grilled steak and fish. Anything you could possibly crave. Beer, wine, fresh specialty waters, soda.

Only 30 mins from Malpais (if you take the Malpais-Cabuya road, crossing 3 rivers) and 30 from Montezuma. Open for lunch and dinner. Great spot after a hike in Cabo Blanco or Montezuma waterfalls.
