I had a great experience with Dr Vargas. I had previously had an implant put in when I was in Chile but could not get the crown in the United States because the European company that made the implant did not service the US. Dr Vargas was able to provide me with a crown. They have a very modern and professional office. He took the measurements on Monday for the crown which was ready for Friday installment. I'm very pleased with my crown and would highly recommend Dr Vargas.

What a life changing experience! Dr. Vargas and his professional staff exceeded all my expectations concerning dental implants in a safe and sterile environment. I was put at ease with his consultation and he delivered everything that was agreed upon. I felt secure as he was very well versed in managing both my pain and fears during my procedure. The results were amazing and the confidence this procedure gave me was amazing. Please do not let your fears stop you as Dr. Vargas and his staff are truly incredible. 100 per cent recommended.

Done some research before I picked Dr Vargas. He seemed to have the highest ratings and when I went to his office I found out why. Dr Vargas is highly skilled professional, he does excellent work and gives good advice to his patients. From my experience I highly recommend him and his staff.

Chosing to get some dental work done with Dr. Jairo Vargas was a great decision. He reassured me and explained to me all the procedures and what to expect after it was done. I was picked up at the airport and driven to the office where I met Dr. Vargas and his team of professionals. The operation went smoothly and i was out of the office within 2 hours. Dr. Vargas is a very skilled practitioner and has a great team working alongside him.I am very satisfied with how everything went and will be going back to complete the 2nd part of the procedure. If ever you are looking to get some dental work done, contact Dr. Jairo Vargas.

After much research, I chose Dr Vargas and Dr Hernandez to do the extensive work that I needed to restore my mouth. I traveled from Florida to Costa Rica 07/17 as the cost was just too much back home. After emailing my panoramic X-rays to Dr Vargas, he came up with a great plan and a very fair price quote. We planned a date to begin and I booked the flight and used a recommended hotel within walking distance of the dental office. I was picked up at the airport and immediately brought to the dental office and the work began. The office is very clean and sanitary and all precautions are made to keep a sterile environment. I've been in dental offices in the USA that are filthy and I was impressed how clean it was here. All of the equipment is up to date and the same as what is current in the USA.

I had 18 teeth removed and 10 titanium implants (manufactured in the USA) inserted all on a monday morning and there was almost no pain as Dr. Vargas is fantastic with pain management. My mouth was generally sore for about a week afterwards but there was much less pain than even 1 toothache gives you. The staff all spoke very good English and put me at ease. After the extractions and the implants were inserted, I was taken to Dr. Hernandez who does the prosthesis. He is like an artist who strives for perfection in appearance and the fit of your new teeth. He made sure my temporary dentures were a perfect fit before the week was out and I returned home to Florida to heal. It would take 2 trips as my uppers were completely replaced with implants. As for the lowers, Dr Vargas recommended we leave the front 6 in place but replaced the others and I had 4 implants placed in my lower jaw.

There is a 4 month healing period for the implants to fuse into the bone so I returned this past week 12/03/17. Again, the work began on a Monday morning as Dr. Vargas did a deep cleaning on my remaining teeth and exposed the upper implants. Once again, no pain as he is just amazing with his pain management. And after Dr. Vargas was finished, I was taken by Oscar the driver to Dr. Hernandez office to get fitted for my permanent teeth. Dr. Hernandez talked to me and we discussed the color of the new teeth so they would compliment the remaining lower teeth in my mouth. I wanted nice white teeth but not so white that they looked like they belonged on a teenager. We found a really nice color that fit my age and looked great. Dr. Hernandez takes so much time and is so precise that you just know the finished product is going to be good before it is even done. I developed full confidence and just let it happen.

At the end of the week, I returned to Dr. Hernandez office and the fit was perfect and the new permanent teeth look great. I can't say enough great things about the care I received from Dr. Vargas, Dr. Hernandez and their staff. I really had reservations about traveling to Costa Rica to get such extensive dental work done but if you go with these professionals you will be glad that you did. I hope my posting is not too long winded but if you're like me, you want to know what to expect when you're taking a leap of faith and traveling far from home for dental work.

And one final sincere thank you to both doctors, Raquel and Laura, and Oscar my driver. They are all just very nice and sincere people that want to give you the best possible care. The people in Costa Rica are very warm and caring.They have given me back my smile and laugh and a healthy mouth. I can eat all foods again with confidence and it's worth every penny. Dr Vargas and staff was great from day one! Started with answering all my questions about implants and traveling to Costa Rica for dental work.
I had 10 implants placed and a full implant bridge on the lower and having a all on four on top. Dr Vargas and staff did a fantastic job , i felt comfortable throughout the procedure, and after for recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Vargas for your implant needs!

I had 2 implants done by Dr. Vargas. The treatment was excellent. The staff is very professional. Dr.Vargas explained all aspects. I was relieved that afterwards--there was almost no bleeding and pain was very little. The staff helped get pain meds from a local pharamacy. And after the procedure, an uber was provided. The pain meds helped soften the level of pain without any side effects. The antibiotic he selected did not effect my gut flora, as so many do. Overall, I could not have had a better experience.

Hi my name is Olga Vazquez. I just came back from having work done by Dr Jairo Vargas. I had dental implants as well as bone graft my experience could have not been better. I had no pain, very little bleeding and the whole experience was great .Also let me point out the savings. I paid about half of what would have paid in the States . From the minute you walk in you realize you are in very good hands.The ladies that work with him are all great too , going out of their way to make you feel good. Thank you very much Dr Vargas , Laura ,Raquel y Katia I will recommend Dr Vargas to all my friends and family .

It was wonderful, usually I am very scared of the dentist, but he made feel at ease and it was the least painful extraction that I have had. It was a painless process and the day afterwards I didn't have any inflamation at all. His clinic was spotless and his demeanor was ultra professional. I totally recommend Dr. Vargas for any type of procedure.

When time arrive to remove my wisdom tooth I was quite reluctant to make the "jump", however choosing Dr Vargas was the best option in the market (and I made quite a research), the procedure was quite fast (I was even surprised because he took all 4 tooth out), he is patience enough to explain every step of the way (procedure, risks, all possible maneuvers he might take, etc), and keeps on asking how your are feeling, his office is just perfect to calm yourself, is super clean and the Auxiliar personal super nice, he try's to make you as comfortable as possible (if you push enough he will even let you choose the music you want to hear! Hahaha), at the end he explain step by step the recovery process, which I follow as he told, which help me be back 100% in a less than a week! He speaks 3 different languages (fluently and handles all the technical vocabulary also), so there's no barrier there. If you are looking for a great professional work, don't think twice, he's, by far, the best choice!

An amazing person and doctor , has a great team by his side. I have never felt more comfortable and safe . He has a lot of knowledge and explains it with such an ease that there is no doubt you are in the right hands . Speaks German , English and Spanish . I mean it does not get any better .
