Love everything about our experience here. The views from our unit was perfect. Parking lot was a plus and felt safe with the 24hr gate guard.

I can't say enough good things about this place4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, very roomy, has a pool table, a nice complete kitchen and a balcony that almost wraps around the whole place giving you maximum amount of that beautiful view of the ocean and the street side. It's right on the water. Also has a very nice swimming pool!

Downtown beachfront luxury condos. One of the few places that has big 4 bedroom rentals for large families or groups. All the commercial and entertainment amenities of Jaco are within a few minutes walk. Ocean-facing condos on the higher floors offer a panoramic view of Jaco Beach, which carves a 4 km (2 1/2 mile) long arc between the S and N points; and views of the Nicoya Peninsula to the W.

Stayed a full month in unit 301N. Spent our first two days fixing the screens, improving the glide of all the sliding doors, washing the outdoor chair pads, repairing the cheap BBQ (watch out for the handle, it will burn your hand), washing the floors and scrubbing the many, many scuff marks off the walls. "Gourmet equipped" kitchen was not but the owner did finally bring some very necessary tools by the end of our first week. For this price you should expect and receive top notch everything. Great views and super location very close to downtown and on the beach. Excellent service from the concierge.

Extremely responsive and helpful security and maintenance staff. Views were incredible and location is perfect for walking to wherever you need to go.

Great location in Jaco. The waves were too rough to swim during August, but the pool was nice, well maintained, and we were close to all of the nightlife and restaurants. Whales were spotted from the balcony a couple of days, and the 24 hour security was pleasant and attentive. Our condo was clean, stocked with exactly what we requested, and had beautiful views.

Great pool and beach access. Terrific views. Really nice facility if you don't like a/c when you sleep. Only had a/c 2 of 7 nights.
