First night was in a little run down room. Lots of road noise (all night). On our return trip we were grateful to have a very nice room and a comfortable, quiet night. Nice staff, good restaurant for the weary traveler. They have a "shuttle" but it needs to be set up a day in advance. Reasonably priced accommodations.

This is our last stop before leaving Costa Rica, we checked in around 5pm which was a fairly quick process. Let me start off my staying they have no elevators or ramps which made carrying our nearly 50 lb bags a challenge. The room smelled stale and somewhat moldy like there was water build up in the walls. Unfortunately the phone in that room didn’t work either so we went to ask them for another room. The next room also smelled equally bad so we agreed one more try. The last room didn’t smell so we stayed, I went to take a shower only to find the water spray all over the place. We had to call maintenance to fix it and house keeping to clean up all the water, bring us new towels and toilet paper. All to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient airport hotel. There are plenty of options so I am just disappointed with the condition of the rooms, definitely not what I was hoping for based on the ratings.

The bed was huge and comfy, and the room was quiet. The grounds are pretty too, and the location is convenient in terms of food. They also have hourly shuttles to the airport that run from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. However, the shower head in our bathroom needed to be replaced, the shower curtain did little to block the water from getting all over the bathroom, and the ac unit cooled the room, but the unit itself has seen much better days, what with several broken pieces of plastic on the casing. The area our room was in also did not have an elevator, so we had to haul our bags up the stairs.

Decent hotel. The restaurant is good, and not as overpriced as I expected. Includes breakfast is pretty good, nothing too fancy. The room itself was pretty much as shown in the pictures, so pretty good. There wasn't an elevator, so carrying two 55lb suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor kinda sucked. But the company had awesome customer service, even in English, so a good hotel overall.

The staff is very friendly. The location is nice as well. They have a shuttle that can pick you up from the airport. A representative from Grayline is at the lobby to help with booking tours through them and their busses pick you up from the hotel and take you to your destination. They also have free breakfast.

Pretty basic hotel close to the airport. Clean and well kept. They do have a pool. They even arranged an airport shuttle at 4 am for us. Restaraunt nearby.

Three stars for condition but 5 for service so 4 averages out. Near enough to airport. Our room was older but clean. Comfy bed and sheets. Small bathroom but sufficed. A/C worked fine. Turn on the hot water 5 minutes before you need it and it will come. Very good breakfast, with hot eggs and deli meats and cheese and all the other usual fruits and cereals. Good coffee. The hotel grounds are very nice, pretty pool but it was too cool out to use. Not a place to stay as a resort but for a night or two on business or need to be near the airport it works. The staff went out of their way to help me rent a car. Very helpful. Will stay again when passing through.

Room was a bit awkward to get to, had to go up a flight of stairs that two rooms shared. The room actually had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with full or double size beds. I suppose this could be good for travelers with kids, but was a waste for us. One of the bathrooms had water on the floor, that appeared to be coming from under the toilet. Gross. During the middle of the night the ac started to drip water onto the floor, which was quite loud. This is where having two bedrooms came in 'handy'. The shower water was not very warm, at least after waiting for about 5 minutes, but I didn't have any longer to wait to see if it would improve. I didn't try to breakfast so not sure if it's any good, but I would very willingly pay more for a better hotel next time.

It was interesting to stay here. Great and helpful staff but the room was another story. When I went to shower I noticed the shower floor wet. I thought the faucet was leaking. Only to find out that the light above the shower was leaking water. I informed the staff and the lady at the front was very kind and said she'll look into it. I get back later that day and there's still a droplet of water near the light fixture. Hence, the 3 stars. I'm a fan of customer service and I give them 5 stars in that regard!

The hotels swimming pool was under construction when I was there so I never got the chance to take a dip. Besides that, the hotel was extremely nice. It has she conditioning, room service, swimming pool, a restaurant, wireless internet for each room, and television. The bathrooms were amazing and the overall service was excellent. I definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

Stayed there in the front and back end of our 9 day Costa Rica trip with 6 people. First night was good. Clean large apartment style room with two bathrooms and good beds. WiFi worked great as well. Last stay we had a smaller unit which was not as clean, one bathroom, and WiFi was really badthey told us to just sit by the bedroom window to get a signal. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good both mornings and the pool area is very nice. Pretty easy access to and from the airport and the staff was cordial and responsive for the most part. Good ratesjust ask for one of the newer rooms at the back part of the hotel rather than the older front rooms.

Luckily we were only there for one night! The staff was a little rude, especially after we waited over an hour at the airport for their supposed shuttle service. There were rats everywhere! The breakfast was decent, but other than that I would not recommend staying here. There are other hotels close by that would be much better.

Great hotel with nice amenities, comfortable beds, ans friendly staff. I had a bad experience elsewhere at another hotel in San Jose, and my experience at the Comfort Inn was just what I needed to end my trip well. I will definitely choose to stay here again.
