  On a whim my husband decided that he wanted to move to Costa Rica. We booked flights shortly after and contacted a couple of real estate businesses. Julie from Costa Rica Real Estate Service was very quick to respond and set up appointments. That kind of a response made me choose to only work with them. In a 6 day period we saw maybe 20 homes and signed the paperwork to purchase the one we are currently in. We knew we wanted it to go quickly and she got us to close in 18 days I think. It was a really great experience.
  
  During our time in Dominical we had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, who also works at CRRES. She set up all of our adventures and meals. We had the absolute best time here because of her. Since we had never been to Costa Rica and were looking to purchase a home there, Sarah made us feel really welcome and comfortable with the area. Moving internationally for the first time is a little scary.
  
  I truly cannot say enough good things about Julie and Sarah, if you get the chance to work with either of them you are one lucky person.

  CRRES is an exceptional asset in the southern Pacific zone for anyone interested in real estate. They went well above and beyond my expectations for what a real estate service should offer. My wife and I found a great property to buy and our agent, Casey Stamps, has continued to help us a year after the sale with all manner of issues associated with owning a property in a foreign country.
