  I had cosmetic crowns done to my top front six, and my girlfriend had even more extensive cosmetic dentistry, and both sets look and fit fabulous. Mine required a few adjustments, and my suggestion to any tourism visitors is that you keep some time available for adjustments. And, the price was great.

  We are so happy with the care and results obtained at Cosmetic Dental Care and Implant Center. Dr. Moreno did a FANTASTIC job and was so kind, caring, and precise! He treated all three of us like family and we are all delighted! We were apprehensive about going outside of the USA for care and we were afraid the price quoted would be increased once we were there. The price we paid was actually less than was quoted and we were not nicked and dimed for extras. Dr. Moreno was very conservative and actually discouraged us from adding things which were not medically necessary. We would recommend him highly!!!

  Very kind dentist and staff. They changed their whole schedule around to accommodate to me after my flight got delayed by the weather. Unfortunately, I cannot say I'm satisfied with their work. I got three crowns and filling done by them but I didn't realize what a botched job they did until I went back to my country and saw a dentist because I started having problems. One, the filling popped right off and exposed a nerve, and I had to pay money all over again to get it fixed, putting me at risk for a root canal. Secondly, after some xrays I was told by 3 different dentists (that's how many times I had to go back since January to get things fixed) that the crowns were mediocre at best but they were not flush against my other teeth and have gaps in between that risk trapping bacteria if I'm not careful. Dr. Jose didn't even take xrays during the entire procedure, he just went at it and I didn't know any better to ask. He has been very kind and promptly answered all my e-mails. But again, I regret this decision for all the pain, frustration and extra money I spent trying to remedy this mistake. But unfortunately, you get what you pay for and I advise you to do your research even though really thought I did too at the time.

  I 100% recommend Dr. Moreno!
  I procrastinated in removing my wisdom teeth all my life, out of fear. If I had known it would be such a positive procedure, with an easy recovery, I would have done it a long time ago! Thanks doc!

  The best advice that I can give is, “ make the phone call!” You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain!
  I contacted Cosmetic Dental Care, a little over a month ago, and received a call back from Dr. Moreno, in hardly no time. The questions that I had at that time were all answered. If I had any questions or concerns, they were promptly answered via email, or by phone. When I got there, it was exactly as I was told that it would be! No surprises! Except “ pleasant surprises!”
  If International dental care is a new experience for you, as it was for me, I know that it can feel a little intimidating. Let me give you some peace of mind. I can now say from experience, it was SO worth the trip! I had dental implants done in the United States, but could not afford to continue treatment here. Having had the same procedure done with Dr Moreno, I could not be happier with the quality of work and cost!
  Your treatment will be performed by very knowledgeable and caring professionals, who will make you feel right at home!
  Dr. Moreno, Melissa and Greta, thank you so much for my new smile, and treating my husband, Paul, and I with such kindness! We are looking forward to returning for further dental care, and of course to see all of our new friends in Costa Rica!

  Dr. Moreno is a great dentist I had three crowns done and two and implants all very successful he handled all my concerns and I was on a plane and out in 3 days with my new teeth his prices are the best for his first class service thank you again.

  I have known Dr.Moreno and his wife Melissa for several years. I have had a couple of implants which I must say, I'am very satisfied with the treatment I have received from Dr. Moreno. He does excellent work and is very passionate about his practice. He is also very caring and considerate and checks on you to see if everything is going well.
  
  I happen to find out that Dr. Moreno attends seminars in the U.S. for the upmost dated equipment and technology. I can surely guarantee you the cost and treatment will be a most pleasant experience!
