Wanted to thank Richard Lacey of Coldwell Banker Tamarindo for showing my wife and I several condos in the Playa Flamingo area. He quickly understood our requirements, our requests and our budget and was able to show us several properties that met our needs. In addition, Richard was able to rapidly turn around offer to purchase documents that greatly facilitated our visit. If you are looking for property in the Tamarindo / Playa Flamingo area, I would highly recommend Caldwell Banker and Richard Lacey.

We just closed on a property in Tamarindo and were very happy with the service throughout the entire experience. Richard and Andrea were great!! They provided a lot of information and felt that they truly had our best interests in mind. Great experience!!

Oscar with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo went above and beyond. He drove us everywhere and showed us every conceivable type of house and location. He did it over a period of 3 weeks, and was always on time, always had a smile on his face, and was very helpful. He's a genuinely nice guy without any high pressure sales pitch. I would gladly do business with him again.

My experience with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo was excellent. Richard was so helpful in not only aligning me with agents and homes to view in Tamarindo but also along the Pacific Coast. My entire due diligence trip was seamless. In addition, they continued to check back with me over the next year - offering suggestions - until I finally found the home I wanted. I had so many questions since this was my first experience to purchase a home abroad but all of the agents were so pleasant and informative. By the time I made my purchase I was very much at ease with the decision.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the outstanding customer service we receive from Caldwell Banker Tamarindo. From our initial contact with the agency in dealing with a serious problem during our first visit; to their showing us "the" perfect house that we purchsed; and in handling the rental of our home when we are not enjoying it,the staff is very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with!
