I recently sold a couple of residential lots in Tamarindo, that I purchased back in 2012. Jogi represented me on both the purchase and sale. Jogi has been very helpful throughout my ownership of the parcels, even helping to maintain them for me, since I live in the States. If you are planning to purchase/sell property in Tamarindo and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend Jogi at ABC Real Estate for all your property needs.

It was an excellent experience from the beginning to the end. I chose ABC mainly because Mark, one of hteir realtors, responded to my email inquiry right away with a very thorough and informative email. He always made sure to keep me well informed and responded to my emails quickly, keeping me informed and solving any issues. When I went to ABC's office in Tamarindo I was treated very nicely and professionally. The office is very nice and well-located. Mark took me to see the lots and was a very good host. The whole process went very smoothly with very low stress levels for me. I always felt safe and in good hands throughout the whole process.

Our experience with ABC was effortless and painless. They made everything very easy to understand and the trust was there from the first second we were introduced to our brokers. The level of knowledge and understanding living and buying in another country was incredible and we felt we could be in contact 24 hours 7 days a week. No matter what day or time I sent an email, it was responded to within and hour or less. The closing was fast and so so easy. ABC has great knowledge about buying and selling in Costa Rica and this was very important to us buying a new house and in the future selling our old house with ABC. If you are looking to sell/buy a property, house or apartment in Costa Rica I would highly recommend using them! We look forward to selling our house with ABC Real Estate!

ABC Costa Rica provides an extraordinary service in the real estate business. My wife and I purchased a house in Tamarindo through our agent Federico Jose Fernandez from ABC and were and still are very happy with his services. He is always helpful, friendly, patient and honest. He has a very good understanding of what his clients want and bases his work on the information you give him very efficiently, also anticipating what you might be interested in, even though not even having considered it yourself. We can only highly recommend to work with ABC if you want to do real estate business in the Tamarindo area

We were very impressed with the real estate services provided when we listed our lots with ABC. They provided us insight as to what was needed to show the lots better, and arranged for the fencing and seasonal clearing of the lots in our absence. The online advertising was very well done, and ABC incorporated our ideas into the write-up. Their expertise and diligence certainly made the difference, and resulted in the sale of our lots in a difficult market. I can’t think of anything ABC could have done better. I would certainly use ABC Real Estate again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I bought a house through Federico and ABC several years ago and am now unfortunately listing it for sale because current circumstances are preventing me to remain in Costa Rica. All of my dealings with Federico and ABC have occurred with the utmost of integrity, efficiency and friendliness. I cannot recommend ABC highly enough!

After ten winters in Tamarindo I had occasion to become acquainted with a number of realtors and companies. I am pleased to say that ABC Real Estate is the most professional company there. Each agent I had occasion to talk with was top notch. I listed my condo with Federico who was so diligent in keeping me updated on showings and progress. He offered suggestions based on conversations with clients and handling implementation of any improvements on my behalf. He went the extra mile every time. The diligence, professionalism, integrity and honesty of everyone I encountered in this company is exceptional. They made everything easy. I would recommend ABC to buyers and sellers with confidence. In a world with no MLS, ABC does remarkable networking and marketing. Kudos to Jogi for filling his office with excellent staff. Should I have occasion to need a realtor in Tamarindo and surrounding areas again I would call Federico first thing.
