If you have ever wanted to eat a fine dining French restaurant under a active volcano in Costa Rica! Colbert is the best! The food is perfect and the desserts and coffees complete your dining experience! The view of volcano Poas just accents this incredible restaurant!! Thank you for one of the best dining experiences a person can have!!

Es un lugar increíble, la comida siempre es deliciosa y aunque es un poco caro, la calidad supera todo. Es un lugar casual pero muy fino, excelente para celebrar un buen momento.
No se dejen engañar si llegan y hay poca gente, el chef francés los va a atender personalmente y la experiencia será insuperable!

Fantastic food and service. We stayed walking distance to this place for two nights and dined there two evenings in a row. The four items my husband and I had between us were all excellent. I especially liked the grilled chicken and orange sauce pork. Both were excellent. The spinach pasta was also perfectly creamy and flavorful.

Also don't leave without trying the chocolate mousse, which is probably one of the top 5 desserts I have had anywhere. Even if you haven't had a good experience with chocolate mousse, this might be enough to hook you.

Muy mala atención después que terminamos de almorzar esperamos hasta 20 min para que alguien se acercara a ofrecernos postre, a uno intentamos llamarlo pero siempre estaba haciendo otras cosas, la otra persona atendiendo no estaba cerca en todo ese tiempo, al final se dieron cuenta hasta que nos levantamos a pagar, nos ofrecieron el postre en la caja. Por otro lado, la comida estaba deliciosa, pero muy poca para el precio. El lugar es muy bonito, pero se echó a perder con todo lo dicho anteriormente.
